  • Connect the power supply to the input terminal of the device using a 200-240V AC 50/60Hz power source.
  • Connect the load to the output terminal of the device.
  • Ensure that the input voltage does not exceed 240-250V DC or the output current does not exceed 1280mA to prevent damage to the device.
  • The device is designed for use with a KNX bus system. Connect the device to the KNX bus using the appropriate connectors.
  • The LED indicators on the device provide status information. The LED labeled “RESET” indicates the reset function.
  • If the LED labeled “RESET” is flashing at a frequency of 2.5Hz, it indicates a bus KNX (C2) reset.
  • If the LED labeled “RESET” is flashing at a frequency of 0.25Hz, it indicates a bus KNX (C2) reset with a delay of 20 seconds.
  • The device has a signaling contact for additional functionality. Please refer to the user manual for detailed instructions on how to use the signaling contact.
Note: The user manual may provide additional information and instructions specific to your application.

The power supply TYFS110 generates a 30V DC voltage. The system-generated voltage meets the requirements of the protection measures SELV (Safety Extra- Low Voltage). The product has 2 outputs: 1 nonfiltered output 30V DC (C1) and 1 filtered 30V DC KNX output (C2). The module must be installed on an electrical board that provides mechanical, electrical, and fire protection.

Installation instructions

  1. Connect the module to the mains and to the load.
  2. The OK indicator lights up in normal working mode.
  3. The power supply must be equipped with a circuit breaker protecting both poles connected to the module.
  4. If a max” or “U> Umax” indicator lights up, correct the origin of the default (max short-circuit, or U>Umax overload).
  5. A short press on the RESET button clears the default and turns off the corresponding LED.

Temporary RESET
Pressing the RESET button for 2s<<4s cut off the KNX Bus output (C2) for 20 seconds. In this state, the RESET LED flashes rapidly (2.5 Hz). After 20 seconds the product returns to normal
operation and the RESET LED turns off.

Permanent RESET
Pressing the RESET button for t>4s cuts off the KNX Bus output (C2) permanently. In this state, the RESET LED flashes slowly (0.25 Hz). A short press t<0.5s on the RESET button allows the product to return to normal operation and the RESET LED to turn off.

The device must only be installed by a qualified electrician according to the installation standards applicable in the country.| Conform TBTS installation rules. The parallel connection of two 1280 mA power supplies in the same KNX line is not permitted, because the maximum permissible current in this line (KNX Handbook: max. 3 A) is exceeded.
