WATER BUTTS DIRECT Rainwater Diverter

Step by Step Installation Guide – RAINWATER DIVERTER

1. Remove items from the podc and put in a safe place and use the pock for guidance.
2. Remove the lid from the Water Butt. Make sure that the water butt is positioned no more tha n 500mm from the downpipe.
3. Measure 100mm from the top of the b and mark it.
4. Use a hole sow to d rill your hole.
5. Drill the hole.
6. Use a level, positioned at the bottom of the your drilled hole.
7. Mark a level line from the bottom of the ho le on the downpipe.
8. Mark 30mm/ 38mm/70mm’ above the level line on the downpipe.
9. Handy tip: use a piece of paper around the pipe to get a straight line.
10. Cut the pipe on both marks.
11. Remove the cut section.
12. Manoeuvre the diverter onto the  downpipe.
13. Attach a pipe dip to support the diverter.
14. Attach the Rexible hose to the diverter
15. Attach the Rexible hose to the water butt  connector.
16. Replace lid of the water butt.
