Product Information

The WetTaskTM System is a cleaning system designed for the safe and efficient use of chemical solutions. It is important to understand the hazards and proper usage of the chemical solutions before using them with the WetTaskTM System. The system should not be used for long-term storage or transportation of chemical solutions.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Consult the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and other chemical solution information to understand the hazards and proper usage of the chemical solution.
2. Ensure compatibility between the chemical solution and the WetTaskTM system by testing the solution on the dispenser and wipes.
3. Do not mix different chemical solutions in the WetTaskTM system.
4. Do not use the WetTaskTM system for long-term storage of chemical solutions. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for proper storage.
5. Do not use the WetTaskTM system for the transportation of chemical solutions, except as permitted by DOT Material of Trade regulations.
6. Do not distribute or resell the WetTaskTM system after adding a chemical solution.

It is important to follow all applicable safety advice and use appropriate protective equipment when handling chemical solutions with the WetTaskTM System. Kimberly-Clark guarantees that the WetTaskTM System is free from defects in material and workmanship.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

1. Ensure that the chosen WypAll® WetTask™wipes base sheet is compatible with the type of chemical solution added. To determine compatibility, read Material Safety Data Sheet (“MSDS”) and other chemical solution information and/or test the chemical solution with the selected WetTask™ system.
2. Understand any hazards related to the chemical solution and its use by consulting its MSDS. Follow all applicable safety advice and use appropriate protective equipment. For questions about safe chemical solution use, contact your supervisor or site occupational safety professional.
3. Fill out the label with all indicated information about the added chemical solution. Note: This label does not replace the manufacturer or supplier’s MSDS.
4. Remove the lid and insert WetTask™ dry roll within the bucket.
5. To dilute the chemical, refer to the chemical’s product label.
6. Once your chemical is ready to use, slowly pour the solution over the top of the roll. Recommended saturation of ready-to-use solution per SKU roll: 06211 (28oz. = 848mL), 06411 & 06471 (32oz. = 946mL), 53850 (40oz. = 1183mL), 06001 (42oz. = 1242mL).
7. Thread the end of the wiper from the CENTER of the roll through the lid opening. Snap the lid on.
8. Let the wipes roll soak up the solution for 5 minutes before use to ensure the liquid fully saturates dry wipes.
9. After the wipers have been used, refill only with the same wiper code and the same chemical solution as indicated on the bucket label.

WARNING

1. Do not use the WETTASK™ Wiping System with reactive or spontaneously combustible chemical solutions. To determine compatibility, read Material Safety Data Sheet (“MSDS”) and other chemical solution information sheets and/or test the chemical solution with the dispenser and the wipers.
2. Do not mix chemical solution products in the WETTASK™ System.
3. Do not use the WETTASK™ System as a long-term storage system for chemical solutions. Store chemical solutions according to the manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations.
4. Do not use the WETTASK™ System to transport chemical solutions except in accordance with the DOT Material of Trade exception.
5. Do not distribute or resell the WETTASK™ System once a chemical solution has been added.

Warranty and Damages Limitation: Kimberly-Clark warrants that the WETTASK™ System is not defective in material and workmanship and is in conformance with Kimberly-Clark’s express, written warranties. The exclusive remedy for breach of warranty is product replacement or purchase price refund. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Except as stated herein and to the maximum extent permissible under law, Kimberly-Clark is not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the distribution, use or misuse of the WETTASK™ System, including damage from the chemical solutions added
