- When the hole drilled in rendering is larger than 26 mm
- If dealing with thick rendering or hard fiber board, drill the depth of the black plastic part with a 26 mm drill bit.

- There is a shear deflection and it is more than 3 mm
- Anchor is not perpendicular to the insulation plaster
