- long push – deleting the settings (PIN code, Bluetooth connections, WiFi connection
LED’s:
Blue – Bluetooth connection/operation
Green – Wifi connection/operation
Red – Push connection/operation
When the module is switched on, the blue, green and red LEDs flash
simultaneously and then as a running light. If WIFI is not set, the light bar
will run 4 times and then blue will remain lit. If the blue flashes, the
module is available via Bluetooth. This takes 15 minutes, after which only
paired devices can access the module.
Within 15 minutes, the Cloud Manager application must be started and then the
module must be paired with a Bluetooth connection. After setting up Bluetooth,
you can connect your module to the local WIFI network. At the end of the WIFI
setup, it will automatically restart and connect to the configured WIFI
network. When connected successfully, you will see a green LED. It will try up
to 20 times if the connection fails.
Then the “push” system is connected, if it is successful, the red LED will
also light up. After a power failure, the module will automatically turn on
the Bluetooth synchronization option, in which case the blue LED will flash.
Then, after 15 minutes, each LED will turn off and flash only for the duration
of the communication. The blue LED lights up continuously when a Bluetooth
connection is active.
If you are not able to log in to the WIFI network, the module will restart as
if no WIFI connection was set up. This allows you to change the settings.

Add WiFi/BT Controller to ASCloud Manager (WEB)
There are two ways to assign a WiFi/BT Controller to your account on the
ASCloud Manager website:
- if you add your account to the module in the user settings of a device already registered in the cloud. You can only assign a cloud-registered device directly to your account that is not already assigned to a user. In the case of a WiFi/BT Controller already registered in the cloud, you can easily and quickly add the module you want to use to your user account with a few clicks by modifying the users assigned to the device.
- for our new device, we have set up a local WIFI network with a WPS connection, through which the device can access the ASCloud Manager server. After WPS connection, the module is immediately available in the cloud and is programmable. Once the device is available in the cloud, you can assign it to your own account and change access permissions.
It is easy to use so that we can program the module anytime and anywhere after registration.
Add registered devices
By clicking the „Add a registered device to a user” button, you can enter a
name for the new device, which can be a location or a special name, and then
associate it with an existing installation location if you use multiple
devices in the same location. Entering the MAC number on the box will save the
device to the cloud.
Device operations
You can access the device settings by selecting them from the list and
clicking on the module row.
Device setup (rename)
You can give your device a unique name of your choice for easier
identification.
Device replacement
We use this feature if we want to completely replace our device with a new
module. In this case, the data and settings of the old device saved in ASCloud
Manager will be copied in their entirety, the new module will be the same as
the old one in practically everything, only the ID number will change.
NOTICE!
After copying (cloning) the old device will be replaced in the cloud, so the
old module will no longer be usable !!!
Delete device
Hold down the small black button on the module panel for 5 seconds, then
delete the WiFi/BT Controller or WiFi/BT Controller PRO from the cloud, using
the trash button on the same row. The order is important because otherwise the
device will automatically write itself back into the cloud.
Device status
You can view the current status of the outputs or inputs of your device.
Green indicates the cloud connection status of our registered device.
Notifications
There are two types of notifications:
- system notifications, which usually contain important messages about the server, development, or any system
- status notifications, where we receive e-mail notifications about the controls and conditions we have selected to the e-mail address we have also chosen.
Add Notifications
Push the „Add notification” button
Local signal
You can select the output or input of the WiFi/BT Controller or WiFi/BT
Controller PRO module depending on which one changes you want to be notified
about.

OFF->ON Send a notification when turned ON
ON->OFF Send a notification when turned OFF
Notified e-mail address
Select the e-mail address to which you want to send the notification. You can
also personalize the message and subject field.
NOTE!
Depending on the user and e-mail address with which the module is registered,
you may not see an e-mail address or the e-mail address to which you want to
be notified. In this case, select the desired e-mail address from the Users
menu and add the one to be notified for e-mail setup. After saving, log out
and log back in at www.ascloudmanager.com.
Continue setting the notification to the desired email address.
Add and managing users
You can assign users to your device with users email and password, we can
give them personal permission to output control.
The WiFi/BT Controller has one output, while the WiFi/BT Controller PRO module
can handle two outputs and two inputs by specifying any user rights.
User access
We can edit the access of our users and grant individual permissions. You can
change it, change your password, and if you no longer want to use it, simply
delete it with the appropriate symbol.
Admin: Administrator access
You have all permissions except to delete the user who created the permission.
Service: Reading permission, allows access to service data related to the
operation of the module.
Reading: Reading permission
WIFI control: Here we can define what area of use we provide to our user.
If selected, the user can only control the output within the local WIFI
network.
Note!
For such use, the WiFi/BT Controller must always be connected to a local
WIFI network with the appropriate strength!
It is important to mention that, for example, near a gate, our mobile device
automatically searches for WiFi/BT Controller device, so we can control the
WiFi/BT Controller with a Bluetooth connection. In this case, as a user on
site, it is difficult to determine with which connection we were able to
activate the output. This is important if the gate can be opened in the
immediate vicinity of the gate but we can no longer control the device.
If we leave the WIFI limit field blank, we can control our output from
anywhere with any mobile Internet connection outside the WIFI network.
The WiFi/BT Controller can be accessed from anywhere in the world with a
suitable WIFI connection.
out1: Assign user output to control.
After saving, the settings can be used immediately.
Set user details
You can change your own or your users’ login details with a few clicks. Search
your user email and click the set button.
Add URL control icon
In the URL menu, you can use the “Add new URL” button to create a control
icon for your desktop PC or laptop.

Bistable switch
Pressing the control button turns the output on and then pressing the control
button again turns off the output.
WIFI control
Here you can also specify whether to check the local WIFI availability for
control. If the WIFI limit is enabled, their control icon will only be used
within the scope of the local WIFI network. Turning this off will allow you to
control the output from anywhere with an Internet connection. An excellent
service for allocating rights.
If you no longer want to use it, simply delete it with the appropriate symbol.
Drag to the screen with the left mouse button and the URL will already operate
the device connected to the output.
You
can edit your existing URL connection. You can change your settings or disable
them.
If you no longer want to use it, simply delete it with the appropriate symbol.
In the event log, you can list the user activity used with the Internet
connection.
We can list when and which user controlled the output. You can save the event
log to an Excel file.
