MAINTENANCE AND CARE
- Before first use, wash the wok with dish soap and a clean sponge. Rinse with clean water, completely dry the surface and apply some oil to the pan. Rub it in with a paper towel and let to rest for a few hours. This protects the non-stick surface.
- Repeat this procedure once a month to ensure a long lifespan.
- This pan can be washed in the dishwasher, but in order to protect the non-stick surfacefrom premature wear and tear, we highly recommend you wash it by hand.
- Do not scratch the non-stick surface with metal objects. We recommend using wooden spatulas.
- After use, let the pan cool down, then wash it as soon as possible. This helps protect the non-stick surface.
- The pan can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, induction).
