Product Introduction

  1. The battery switch operates ata DC12V voltage. Please carefully observe the symbol on the device to determine the load current, and avoid overloading.
    Connect relay pin 86 to the negative (-) of 12V, and pin 85 to the positive (+) of 12V, Relay pins 30 and 87 can control the on/off of the positive and negative poles, respectively. Install this product at the negative end of the battery.

  2. The battery switch is a Bluetooth device for mobile phone connection and can be connected through downloading the Shyion APP.

Installation Instructions

Equipment Assembly

  1. Insert the red wire into the socket of pin 85 and the black wireinto the socket of pin 86 (with the red wire corresponding to the positive pole and the black wire corresponding to the negative pole).
  2. Combine the two copper strips, install one end to the pin 30 and tighten it with a screw.
  3. Install the other end of the copper strip to the battery terminal and tighten it with a screw.
  4. Install the screw head on the pin 87 and tighten it.

  1. Remove the negative pole of the battery.
  2. Install the pin clamp of pin 30 of the relay onto the negative pole of the battery and fasten it.
  3. Install the removed negative pole pin clamp to pin 87 and tighten it.
  4. Install the red wire of the relay onto the positive pole of the battery.

Precautions

  1. The working voltage of this product is DC12V. DO NOT use DC24V voltage. If you need to use, please purchase a DC24V relay.
  2. Please carefully observe the label on the relay to determine the load current of this product, and avoid overloading.
  3. Please wear insulated gloves to prevent the risk of electric shock when installing.
  4. For relay 85, 86 control terminals, 85 is positive and 86 is negative. Do not reverse, otherwise the device will malfunction.
