Product Usage Instructions
To manually reset your Jabra Evolve2 headset to the default settings, follow these steps:
- Ensure that the headset is turned on and you are not on a call.
- Simultaneously press and hold the Multi-function and Volume up buttons on the right earcup for 3 seconds.
- The LED lights on the headset will turn purple, and you will hear an announcement in the headset.
Note: Resetting the headset will clear previously paired devices and settings. After resetting, you will need to re-pair the headset with your smartphone and with the Jabra Link Bluetooth adapter if necessary. For more information and troubleshooting, please refer to the user manual.

How do I manually reset my Jabra Evolve2 headset to the default
settings?
- When you reset your Jabra Evolve2 headset, previously paired devices and settings will be cleared.
- To reset, ensure that the headset is turned on, and you are not on a call.
- Then simultaneously press and hold (3 seconds) the Multi-function and Volume up buttons on the right earcup, until the LED lights purple and you hear an announcement in the headset.
