Before use the product, please read the user manual carefully and keep it handy for future reference. Product made for home use only, do not use for commercial purpose.

2. Yogurt
2.1. Select and confitm yogurt function
Initial state of startup
Press ”Function” after power on, choice yogurt function (will display
”yogurt”).

Notice:
Do not use boiling water to clean the cover upper lid and body, only scald and
disinfect the container and container cover.
3 . Mix Method: Add and
mix the following ingredients into the container. Milk 1000ml + starter or 19
:1 ratio of milk and yogurt.
Notice:
- Check whether the above ingredients are expired or deteriorated before adding.
- The dosage of yeast/probiotic is in accordance with the usage instructions ratio.
- When preparing conciliatory milk, please brew it according to the proportion marked on the market, or brew according to the ratio of milk powder to water of 1:3 (e.g. 150ml: 450ml).
- Conciliatory milk must be cooled to below 40℃ before adding yeast/probiotic for fermentation or pure yogurt.
Suggestion:
Priority should be given to using yeast/probiotic as the fermentation source.
When it is inconvenient to buy, it is also possible touse pure yogurtor
thehome made pure yogurt as the fermentation source.
Notice:
If this mode is equipped with small cup container, use separate cups to make
yogurt, mix in the large container or other clean containers according to the
corresponding formula, pour into the small cup, cover the cup lid and put it
into the machine for fermentation.
Fermentation
Method: The fermentation time is generally set at 8 – 12hours (with yogurt
as the fermentation source is generally set at 4 – 8 hours)
Method: Cover the container with mixed raw materials and put the yogurt
in the fermentation tank of the machine, cover the upper lid, turn on the
power supply for fermentation. Microcomputer type yogurt maker needs to set
the fermentation time. Automatic yogurt maker needs to manually control the
fermentation time.
The fermentation time is generally set at 8 -12 hours (use yogurt as the
fermentation source is generally set at 4 – 8 hours). When fermentation
completed, the yogurt condenses into the “egg curd” state, the longer the
fermentation time, the heavier the acidity.
Notice:
Fermentation time will be affected by the environment temperature and raw
material ambient temperature, so it is better to exceed standard working time
when low environment temperature or using refrigerated milk.
However, the maximum fermentation time shall not exceed 14 hours (maximum
fermentation time shall not exceed 10 hours with plain yogurt).
Notice:
When the ambient temperature is low in winter or when using refrigerated pure
milk, in order to shorten the fermentation time and improve the temperature
uniformity, can add 40℃ – 60℃ warm water into the fermentation tank to make
the yogurt more uniform and delicate.
Preservation
Method:
Fresh fermented yogurt can be eaten immediately, but the yogurt is not the
best taste at this time, for people who do not accept frozen food can
beflavoured it at this time.
If do not want to eat immediately, can place the two containers of fermented
yogurt directly into the refrigerator, purification for 24 hours, purified
yogurt pure flavor, taste excellent.
Notice:
The refrigerating time of yogurt cannot exceed 10 days, best consume within 3
days, because this is the most active period of lactobacillus in yogurt.
Flavoring
Method: Add
and mix juice, honey or fructose according to personal taste before eating.
Notice:
a. After fermentation, if the water source or milk powder is polluted, please
discard and do not eat. If there is sour taste, white yellow luster and egg
curd state, it can be eaten.
b. Too long fermentation time will produce a large amount of derivatives
(light yellow liquid) with sour taste, which is a normal phenomenon. Can drink
the derivative liquid separately (the derivative liquid is rich in lactic
acid, VB and other nutrients) or stir to eat.
c. Whold milk powder or fresh milk is suitable for developing children. If
overweight children or fat people want to maintain figure, please choose low-
fat or skimmed milk powder or fresh milk (add milk with fructose can
accelerate fermentation and avoid using
flavored milk)
d. In case of diarrhea or gastrointestinal discomfort, it is recommended to
increase the amount from100 mL to 200/300ml each time.
Make rice wine
Notice:
The key to making rice wine is clean, everything should not be stained with
water and oil, otherwise it will get moldy. Please wash and dry the steamed
rice container, shovel rice shovel and container and container cover, but also
wash and dry the hand.
7.1 Rice
Method 1: Wash the glutinous rice with cold water for two to three times, soak
it in cold water for about 24hours (it takes about 8 hours to change the water
in the soaking process), take it out and wash it with clean water for 2-3
times, then steam it on the steamer (about half an hour), break it up and cool
it until it is not hot (about 35 ℃). If the rice looks too dry or uncooked,
sprinkle a small amount of water on the rice and steam it for a while.
Notice:
Please use the steamer or other bottom ventilated containers to steam rice,
then spread gauze on the steamer, and steam the glutinous rice on the gauze.
Method 2: Wash the rice with cold water for two to three times, cook the rice
(note that the rice should not be too thin, and the rice grains can be broken
up and separated after cooking is the best), break it up and cool it until it
is not hot (about 35 ℃).
Method 3: Spread the leftover rice (slightly stiffer is better), beat and cool
until it is not hot (35°C).
7.2 Clean and disinfect
Method:
Clean the vessels and container covers used for making rice wine, especially
the container shall not be stained with any oily substances.
Use boiling water to clean and disinfection the container and container cover
more than 1 minute.
7.3 Distiller’s yeast
a. Put the cooled rice into a disinfected container.
b. Add 200ml of cold boiled water and stir evenly.
c. Use a small amount of cold boiled water to disperse the distiller’s yeast
(there is no need to put too much water, enough to disperse the distiller’s
yeast).
d. Pour into the rice and stir evenly.
e. Dig a round hole in the middle of the meal. (for making 500g glutinous rice
or rice, about 200ml (i.e. 500g) of cold boiled water is required. If the rice
is too soft after cooling, add a small amount of cold boiled water
appropriately. The quantity of distiller’s yeast can be prepared according to
the instructions on the package of purchased distiller’s yeast.)
7.4 Select and confirm the function is rice wine
Press ”function”, and select rice wine function (display ”rice wine”).
7.5 Fermentation
Method: Cover the container lid, put into the machine body, close the upper
lid and connect to power supply. Set the fermentation time for 30-60 hours.
Notice: The fermentation time determines the fermentation degree of sweet
wine. The longer the fermentation time, the higher the wine concentration.
However, if the time is too long, the rice will be over fermented and affect
the taste and smell of sweet wine.
Tips: When the indoor temperature exceeds 35℃ in summer, the root enzyme of
sweet wine is difficult to survive, which will seriously affect the quality of
sweet wine. It is recommended not to make sweet wine in summer.
7.6 Distiller’s yeast
After the sweet wine is made, it is recommended to eat it in time. If you
can’t finish it on the same day, you must put it in the refrigerator for
storage.
Container usage
The container has vacuum effect, please be carefully use as below: Press ”PUSH” to release pressure before use. Fill the mixed milk and close the cover, then close pressure valve.
Safety Precauctions
Please read the ”Safety Precauctions” carefully before use.
- Ensure that the input voltage is as same as the rating label before using.
- Do not use the appliance near combustibles.
- Do not unplug the power plug when hands wet, otherwise it will casue electric shock.
- Do not wash or soak the appliance with water to avoid damaging the electric.
- Do not redit, disassmebly and repair the appliance by yourself exepct the professionals.
- Do not use the appliance on unstable, humid places or close to other heat soucers, otherwise it will cause damage.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced with a special cord or a special component purchased from other manufacturers or maintenance department.
- Ensure that the appliance is out of reach of the children. In particular, accidentally touching the button may cause the appliance to stop working.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Before cleaning the appliance, the appliance should be unplugged and cooled down.
- Clean the product in time after use to avoid peculiar smell.
- Do not use lacquer thinner, gasoline, decontamination powder, hard brush or stainless steel silk ball to wipe.
- Do not put the whole machine into water to clean, the outer surface of the product can be wiped with a wrenched wet towel, and do not flush with water wash.
- When the product is not in use for a long time, please clean and wipe it into the packaging box, put it in a ventilated and dry place to avoid moisture and affect use.
Common problem and analysis

Nothing shown on dispaly:
a. No power supply.
b. Plug is not inserted properly into power socket.
c. Socket is in off status. -
The milk did not ferment into yogurt after function completion:
a. Fermentation time is too short.
b. Indoor or milk temperature is too low. (extend the fermentation time if the indoor or milk temperature is too low) -
The odor of yogurt is too heavy after the function completion:
a. Fermentation time is too long.
b. The purchased raw materials are expird or deteriorated. -
Did not ferment into sweet wine after function completion:
a. Fermentation time is too short.
b. Indoor or milk temperature is too low. (extend the fermentation time if the indoor or milk temperature is too low)
c. The temperature of the rice is still very high after cooling -
After the completion of the sweet wine, the odor is too strong, and the rice flour is enzymatic:
a. The time setting is too long.
b. During the preparation process, the rice or container is stained with water or oil.
Notice: Please contact service center or distributor if the product still does not work after trouble shooting. Please do not disassemble the product by yourself.
