Frequently Asked Questions
What is the height of the monitor without the stand?
It is about 13 7/16
Does this monitor work good on the ps5?
So far the only game that i have played that utilizes the 1080p 120HZ is call of duty black ops Cold War. But it does operate pretty well. You can notice the difference. You just have to change your settings on the ps5 to performance mode. There should be YouTube videos on how to do it.
Does this come in a separate box from amazon?
Yes, the monitor box comes in an amazon box.
Could this moninter be wall mounted?
Yes, it can you just have to take the stand off.
Is it good for Xbox series x?
It's a 165hz monitor so you should be good I've had mine for over a year and it's amazing.
Does this curved monitor have height adjustment?
It does not, that I am aware of. Consider an adjustable arm mount, the monitor is very lightweight.
Can my 1650 nivda GeForce gtx run this at 165 hz?
Yeah, that's a pretty solid graphics card. You should be hitting in the 144-165 zone.
How tall can the monitor get on the stand?
It moves up and down about 8 to 10 inches with the monitor about 6 inches up from the desk to about 12 inches up.
Does this monitor have built in speakers? (not asking if it has an aux/headphone jack)
Yes, it does. Not the best quality but they do work.
Does this monitor work good with the Xbox X series?
This monitor is amazing. zero latency issues. It’s made for gaming.
Will this work with Xbox One X at 120hz?
It is a 144hz screen so 120hz on Xbox should be no problem... it's a great screen to link with a gaming laptop as well.
Which gives a better picture hdmi cable or display port cable?
There will be no difference in quality, but DP will be required if you want to hit the 165hz refresh rate. At this resolution, HDMI may cap out at around 100hz.
There is no display port only hdmi. How do I get 144hz out of this monitor?
You have to buy a DP to HDMI 2.0 adapter or chord. I had the same issue since the HDMI output of my laptop is not HDMI 2.0.
