UMagHDD RCHO50XF Transmitter

UMagHDD-RCHO50XF-Transmitter-PRODUCT

Product Information

  • The transmitter is a device that provides information on drill head temperature, clock position pitch, battery status, and locating signal. It enters sleep mode after 15 minutes without rotation and takes 10 seconds to wake up once rotated. The device operates on normal power (131ft) and high power (164ft) with a frequency range of 9925Hz~41375Hz. It has a dimension of 3.2cm x 38cm and can detect depth ranges. The transmitter requires eitherB an Echo Cell Kit (21700 or Lithium Battery 261020) to operate.
  • It is important to note that drilling in adverse soil conditions (e.g., rock) may cause battery chatter, reducing battery life. To prevent this, use the provided double lithium or UM rechargeable Echo Cell Kit.
  • The transmitter also has digital information on pitch, roll, and battery installation. It has a temperature range of under 220o F (104o C) and can indicate temperature in the receiver if it overheats. The transmitter is also equipped with a rechargeable Lithium Echo Cell Kit that can meter battery life while discharging.

Product Usage Instructions

When using the transmitter, make sure it is not placed near excessive temperatures over 190o F (87o C). Avoid applying excessive pressure, shock, or vibration on the device. After use, take out the battery from the transmitter and clean the spring and cap on the battery compartment when necessary. Regularly check the sealing ring on the battery cover and replace if necessary.

To set up the transmitter, follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold to enter the setup page and tap to select B2 icon.
  2. Tap to enter the Transmitter settings Page. The receiver and Echo transmitter will automatically pair.
  3. Tap or to select frequency and power level. Tap to highlight wake-up mode and tap to enter.
  4. Tap or to select the desired mode as described below.

It is important to note that any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment. The device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. If there is interference, reorient or relocate the receiving antenna, increase the separation between the equipment and receiver, or consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Introduction

The transmitter provides drill head temperature, clock position pitch, battery status, and locating signal. The transmitter will enter a “sleep” mode after 15 minutes without rotation. It takes 10 seconds to “wake up” once the transmitter is rotated.

Note :
If drilling in adverse soil conditions (i.e. rock), normal cell batteries will experience battery chatter. This can greatly reduce battery life. To prevent this, use your provided double lithium or UM Rechargeable Echo Cell Kit.
