Assembly Instruction






WARNING

  1. Please follow the step-by-step assembly instructions.
  2. Support vertical rods 2B during assembly and disassembly, so that they do not collapse. Keep rods 2B horizontal during storage.
  3. Do not use rack for anything other than its intended use.
  4. Do not allow children to hang from or ride on garment rack.
  5. Keep away from heat sources such as heaters and fireplaces.
  6. This product was designed for indoor use.
  7. It is important to maintain some weight balance to prevent the rack from tipping. 80 lbs. maximum distributed evenly.

Adjusting and Assembly

  1. Join both ends of tops 1 a and 1 b. The pin on 1 b should click into the hole on 1 a, locking the pieces together.

  2. On each base, pull the center rods vertical, parts 2B.
    To prevent the center rods 2B from collapsing, we recommend that you have a helper to hold the center rods upright until the top is added in step 4.

  3. Insert the long ends of rods 3 into the lower vertical rods 2B.

  4. Insert the assembled top 1a + 1b, into rods 3.

  5. Turn the garment rack on its side, and insert castors 4a and 4b into the holes in base 2. Secure with washers 6, nuts 5 and wrench 7.

    To store : Remove tops 1a and 1b from rods 3, and then remove rods 3.

We suggest you lay all parts out and read through the entire directions before you start

WARNING

  • Do not let any sharp objects touch or rub the surface of the product.
  • When assembling, do not let children play around the working area.
  • Please confirm all parts are correct before starting the assembly process.
  • Do not tighten bolts and screws completely until the entire unit has been assembled and set up.
  • DO NOT USE POWER TOOLS. Power tools can over tighten screws and strip threads.

For each screw :

  1. Tighten each screw until you meet resistance.
  2. Tighten one additional full rotation. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
