Product Information

The Velio booster kit includes two components: the booster handlebar kit and the booster saddle kit. The handlebar kit isdesigned to enhance control and positioning for all body geometry types. The rider can hold the bar in multiple positions. The saddle kit is designed to lift the rider and extend the usable life of the Velio. The saddle can be installed in two configurations: standard configuration with the peak at the rear of the Velio to lift the rider, or flipped so that the peak is towards the front of the Velio to extend the rider’s reach to the handlebar.

Product Usage Instructions

Fitting the Handlebars

Follow these steps to fit the handlebars:

Slide the booster handlebar onto the stub of the frame specific to each side and line up the lower end with the frame connector.
Insert the 2 x M5 bolts and using the 4mm allen key supplied with your Velio, tighten to 2.5 – 3Nm for each side.
Repeat the steps above for the opposite side, making sure to tighten the bolts to the recommended 2.5-3Nm using the 4mm allen key supplied.

Periodically check that the bolts are securely fastened.

Saddle Positions

Follow these steps to adjust saddle positions:

Remove the silicone cover to access the two M5 bolts.
The saddle can be installed in two configurations:
- Standard configuration with the peak at the rear of the Velio. This will lift the rider. Use this configuration for children aged 10 months.
- Flipped configuration with the peak towards the front of the Velio. Position the saddle wherever is most comfortable for your rider. Use this configuration for children aged 24 months.

FITTING THE HANDLEBARS

The booster handlebar kit is designed to enhance control and positioning for all body geometry types. Following installation, the rider can hold the bar in multiple positions.

The booster handlebars are specifi c to each side. Slide the handlebar onto the stub of the frame, and line up the lower end with the frame connector. Insert the 2 x M5 bolts and using the 4mm allen key supplied with your Velio, tighten to 2.5 – 3Nm.
For the opposite side, repeat the steps above, making sure to tighten the bolts to the recommended 2.5-3Nm using the 4mm allen key supplied.
PERIODICALLY CHECK THAT THE BOLTS ARE SECURELY FASTENED.

SADDLE POSITIONS

The booster saddle kit is designed to lift the rider and extend the usable life of the Velio. Use the number scale below as a guide to fi nd the optimum saddle position for your child.

Remove the silicone cover to access the two M5 bolts. The saddle can be installed in the standard confi guration with the peak at the rear of the Velio. This will lift the rider.
To extend the riders reach to the handlebar, the saddle can be removed and fl ipped so that the peak is towards the front of the Velio. Position the saddle wherever is most comfortable for your rider.
