MINKA LAVER 2743-66A Auresa 3-Light Black Cluster Pendant Light
Product Information
The product is an indoor light fixture with item number 2743-695/66A. This is a new product that was released on 08/01/2022. The product comes with mounting hardware and a glass code # G2790. The fixture has three wires for electrical connection – black or smooth wire for hot, white or ribbed wire for neutral, and green or bare copper wire for ground.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before installing the fixture, shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker.
- Remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
- Carefully unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts on a flat surface.
- Attach the mounting plate, ground screw, and two mounting screws to the junction box using a screwdriver.
- Attach the fixture to the mounting plate using the screws provided with the fixture.
- Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig.2. Connect the black or smooth wire to the hot wire, white or ribbed wire to the neutral wire, and green or bare copper wire to the ground wire.
- Make sure all wire connections are secure and there are no loose wires.
- Attach the glass shade to the fixture using any clips or screws provided.
- Turn on power at the fuse box or circuit breaker.
- Test the fixture to ensure it is working properly.

WARNING! SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER.
MOUNTING THE FIXTURE

Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.

Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all parts on a clean area. Take care not to lose any small parts necessary for installation.

Loosen set screws (K), adjust length of wire, and then tighten set screws (K).

Thread screws (B) into pre-drilled holes in mounting plate (G) spaced same distance apart as holes in canopy (I) and tighten with nuts (E). The length of screws (B) may be adjusted if necessary.

Attach mounting plate (G) to junction box (not included) using mounting screws (D). The side of mounting plate (G) marked “GND” must face out.
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig.2)

Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig.2, making sure that all wire connectors (C) are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect fixture’s ground wire directly to mounting plate (G) using green screw provided.

Tuck wire connectors neatly into the junction box.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig.1) -
Place canopy (I) onto screws (B) and secure with finials (A).

Install (3) three medium (A19) bulbs up to 40 watts each (Not included) in accordance with the fixture specification
DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!). -
Install Glass (H) on fixture (F). Don’t over tighten.

To straighten cord, please use a blow dryer (not included) if necessary.
Your installation is now complete. Return power to the junction box and test
the fixture.
