TANK M1 Dumbbell Cradle Assembly Guide
Version: XTM1-DC-101
Compatible with XTTM1-RPH-102, XTTM1-RPH-103, XTTM1-RPH-101 (requires
push/pull bar replacement kit).
Assembly Instructions
- Loosen and remove bolts (4) from the dumbbell cradle attachment. Keep the hardware for reuse in the next step.
- Reuse the bolts (4) from the previous step and securely tighten all bolts in this step. Repeat for both left and right sides. Ensure that the R and L label on the dumbbell cradle matches with the R and L label on the rear frame.
- Carefully place a dumbbell (max weight 25 lb) into the cradle. The latch will engage when the dumbbell is placed in the cradle. To remove the dumbbell, press the latch in the direction shown and lift the dumbbell straight out of the cradle.
- Dumbbells may be stored in the cradles while using the TANK. This may reduce tire slippage and skidding depending on the surface used. However, do not adjust the push/pull bar with dumbbells stored in the cradle. Always remove dumbbells before adjusting. Dumbbells cannot be stored in the cradle when the push/pull bar is in the park position.
