DELTACO SH-LS3M RGB Light Strip Extension Cable

Product Information

The SMART HOME LED strip is a product from a Nordic brand, available in three variants: SH-LS3M, SH-LSEX1M, and SH-LS4M. The LED strip comes with a 6-pin connector and an optional L-connector. The LED strip can be cut to fit the desired length.

Product Usage Instructions

1. To cut the LED strip, follow these steps:

3. Remove the protective layer.
4. Connect the 6-pin connector to the LED strip.
5. If using an L-connector, follow these steps:

7. Connect the L-connector to the LED strips (optional).
8. To reset the LED strip, refer to the support section of the user manual.
9. The SMART HOME LED strip is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors.

Connecting

Connect the LED strip to the wifi controller, the power adapter to the wifi controller and the power adapter to the power outlet. The back of the LED strip has 3M adhesive. Remove the protective material and paste the strip wherever you want. There is also an included 3M sticker for the wifi controller.

Extension strip

If you have an extension strip (sold separately), you can use them together.

1. Connect the 6-pin connector to the LED strips.

L-connector

Using the L-connector is optional.

1. Connect the 6-pin connectors to the LED strips.

1. Cut the LED strip.
2. Remove protection.
3. Connect the 6-pin connectors to the LED strips.

Reset

To reset the device, press and hold the button on the controller for about 8 seconds.

Install and use

1. Download and install the app “DELTACO SMART HOME” from Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.
2. Launch the app “DELTACO SMART HOME“.
3. Create a new account or log in to your existing account.
4. Tap “+” to add the device.
5. Choose category and then the type of product from the list.
6. Connect the device to power.
7. If the LED strip does not flash: Reset the device. If the LED strip is flashing: Confirm in the app.
8. Confirm the Wi-Fi network and password.
9. Enter the device name.

The device name will be used by Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

Add service to Google home
Add the device to google home.

Add the service “DELTACO SMART HOME”.
Add device to Amazon Alexa Use the menu “Skills & Games” and search for “DELTACO SMART HOME”. Enable the app and login. Use “discover” to add the device.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
• Do not clean the inside of the device.
• Do not attempt to repair the device. If the device does not operate correctly, replace it with a new device.
• Clean the outside of the device using a soft cloth.
