Unable to charge, charging slowly, or charging irregularly:

• Check the Car Charger: To guarantee quick charging, plug the cord into the QC 3.0 car charger; This device cannot be charged quickly using a 2.4A vehicle charger, a USB port, or a non-QC car charger. Type C Cable is included in the package, but a car lighter is not.
• Verify the phone case’s wireless charging compatibility: For optimum charging, please take off any thick, uneven, or tough cases, metal ring holders, metal attachments, and credit cards. Make sure the thickness of your phone case is no greater than 4mm (0.16 inches).
• Make sure the phone is at the center of the inductive wireless charging coil by adjusting the bottom bracket. It won’t charge if it’s set incorrectly.
• How to stop your phone from getting too hot: To save energy and switch off the phone screen while using wireless charging, we recommend closing all open applications.
• Unable to Charge is indicated by the lower tray’s red light. Firstly, please align the telescopic tray; secondly, wireless charging is not supported by the case; and thirdly, connect the cable to the QC3.0 Car Charger.

The suction cup won’t adhere to the dashboard or remain in place:

• How can I make sure the suction cup sticks strongly?

Be sure to Press the suction cup’s switch lock.NOTE: If it’s chilly out, the bottom suction cup can solidify. We advise warming up the sucker pad by having hot air blow on it from the vent first, then sticking it on the dashboard or other surface because this could impact how adhesive the sucker is.
  Regarding the air vent: Don’t support the circular air vent; only the horizontal and vertical ones.

Clamping Arms are inoperative:

• If you want the clamping arms to move when you clamp or release the phone, please plug the cable into the QC3.0 car charger. If you don’t, they won’t. Battery degradation.

To use the CHGeek M8 Wireless Car Charger, follow these steps:

• Mount the Charger:
  Attach the CHGeek M8 Wireless Car Charger to your car’s dashboard or windshield using the included suction cup or air vent clip. Choose a location that provides a clear view and easy access to your smartphone.

• Connect the Power:
  Plug the charger’s power adapter into your car’s cigarette lighter socket or USB port. Ensure that the charger is receiving power.

• Adjust the Viewing Angle:
  Adjust the charger’s arm and rotating ball joint to set the desired viewing angle for your smartphone. This will allow you to easily see the screen while driving.

• Place Your Phone:
  Make sure your smartphone is Qi-enabled (compatible with wireless charging) or equipped with a Qi-compatible wireless charging receiver. If necessary, attach the receiver to the back of your phone. Then, place your phone onto the charger’s charging pad.

• Charging:
  The CHGeek M8 Wireless Car Charger will automatically detect your phone and begin charging it wirelessly. You’ll typically see an LED indicator light on the charger to confirm that charging has started.

• Secure the Phone:
  If your charger has an auto-clamping feature, it will automatically clamp your phone in place to ensure a secure grip during your drive. If not, make sure your phone is positioned securely on the charging pad to prevent it from slipping or falling while driving.

• Adjust as Needed:
