X3KIT CanAm X3 KIT for DXU1100DVR
Product Information: X3 KIT Installation Kit for DXU 11 00DVR
The X3 KIT is an installation kit designed for the DXU 11 00DVR. It comes with a support bracket mount for the front side and two support bracket mounts for the back side. The kit also includes screws for mounting and a warning to prevent damage from overtightening the screws.
Product Usage Instructions
- Remove 8 screws from the rear bracket of DXU11 00DVR and remove metal housing.
- Mount rear brackets to the DXU1100DVR using factory screws (mounting tabs should be above the radio).
- Mount front bracket using supplied screws with mounting tabs facing forward.
- Slide radio into the kit and mount using supplied screws.
- When routing wires, either remove the stock 12V socket and pass the wires through or cut a hole on the bottom floor of the dash and pass the wires through.
- Place the kit on the dash and make sure to tuck all wires in carefully (make sure that no wires are being pinched).
- Align the holes to the bracket and make sure the screws are straight when mounting as to not damage the thread.
- Mount the rear of the kit using supplied screws.

REMOVE 8 SCREWS FROM THE REAR BRACKET OF DXU11 00DVR AND REMOVE METAL HOUSING
MOUNT REAR BRACKETS TO THE DXU1100DVR USING FACTORY SCREWS (MOUNTING TABS SHOULD BE ABOVE THE RADIO)
WARNING: DAMAGE MAY OCCUR IF SCREWS ARE OVERTIGHTENED
MOUNT FRONT BRACKET USING SUPPLIED SCREWS WITH MOUNTING TABS FACING FORWARD
WARNING: DAMAGE MAY OCCUR IF SCREWS ARE OVERTIGHTENED
SLIDE RADIO INTO THE KIT AND MOUNT USING SUPPLIED SCREWS
WARNING: DAMAGE MAY OCCUR IF SCREWS ARE OVERTIGHTENED
WHEN ROUTING WIRES, YOU CAN EITHER REMOVE THE STOCK 12V SOCKET AND PASS
THE WIRES THROUGH OR CUT A HOLE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR OF THE DASH AND PASS
THE WIRES THROUGH
PLACE THE KIT ON THE DASH AND MAKE SURE TO TUCK ALL WIRES IN CAREFULLY (MAKE
SURE THAT NO WIRES ARE BEING PINCHED) 
MAKE SURE TO ALIGN THE HOLES TO THE BRACKET AND MAKE SURE THE SCREWS
ARE STRAIGHT WHEN MOUNTING AS TO NOT DAMAGE THE THREAD
WARNING: DAMAGE MAY OCCUR IF SCREWS ARE OVERTIGHTENED
MOUNT THE REAR OF THE KIT USING SUPPLIED SCREWS
