SAFETY INTRODUCTIONS

Warning
To reduce risk of fire, electrical shock and injury to persons, observe the following.

1. Only use this fan as described in this owner’s guide, other non-recommended use may cause fire, electric shock, or injury.
2. Keep the fan out of the reach of children. This fan is not for use by children.
3. Do not leave the fan running unattended.
4. Never insert fingers, pencils or any other object through the guards when fan is running.
5. Do not disassemble or modify the product for any other purpose.
6. Place this product away from curtains, draperies, tablecloths and other fabrics, since they may be drawn into the fan, damage the motor and/or cause a fire.
7. No part of this product should be placed near furnaces, fireplaces, stoves or other high temperature heat sources.
8. A battery pack is built in the product. Do not dispose of the product in a fire as it may explode.
9. If the fan will not be used for a long time, please charge the battery completely and then store in a dry place.
10. Unplug the USB cable when charging is completed.
11. If strong heat occurs during charging, stop charging or using the product and contact the customer service center.

HOW TO USE

1. Charge the battery before using the fan.
2. Connect the USB port of the fan to the power output of the power bank then twist the fan clockwise to lock the fan.
3. Press the power button to start the fan, the blue light will turn on.
4. Press the power button once at a time to switch from different speed settings.
5. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds during operation to turn off the power.
6. Press the small on/off button on the power bank to observe the power status.

This limited warranty is good only to the original purchaser of the product and effective only when used in United States.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO

1. Failure of product to perform during power failures and interruptions or inadequate electrical service.
2. Damage caused by transportation or handling.
3. Damage caused to the product by accident, vermin, lightning winds, fire,floods, or acts of God.
4. Damage resulting from accident,alteration,misuse,abuse,or improper installation, repair, or maintenance.Improper use includes usingan external device that alters or converts the voltage or frequency of electricity
5. Any unauthorized product modification, repair by unauthorized repair center, or use of non-approved replacement parts.
6. Abnormal cleaning and maintenance as described in the user’s manual.
7. Use of accessories or components that are not compatible with this product.
   The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
