DHY-150 Three In One Bus Processing Machine

INSTRUCTIONS

• Before use, check whether the power plug and power cable are normal, then switch on the power supply and turn on the power switch (green on/red of f ). There is no need to turn of f the switch during normal operation. Please cut of f the main power supply when not working.
• The machine can operate according to the limit device on the worktable when punching and cutting. You can adjust the limiting device, and then put the workpiece against the limiting device to ensure the size of the workpiece emulsion or cutting row.
• When you are using the punch, please punch the reversing handle to the position marked with the punch. After using the punch, hit the handle to the position of the oil return label.
• When you are using the cutting row, please press the reversing handle to the position marked with the cutting row. After using the cutting row, turn the handle to the position of oil return label.
• When you are using the bend bar, please press the reversing handle to the position marked with the word bend bar. After using the bending row, turn the handle to the position of oil return label.

Safety warning

• In the use of this unit, non-professional personnel please do not touch the machine, if found abnormal please directly contact this wide, without permission shall not disassemble, do not knock the seismic pressure gauge, each time the reading on the pressure gauge may produce errors, but not beyond 65 map is normal.

Maintenance

• The hydraulic oil in the electric pump should be replaced once after three months of use (15# hydraulic oil).
• After each use, the unit should be cleaned once, and a little rust oil should be wiped.
