  • DO NOT use in an overheated (over 135° F/57° C) or an explosive atmosphere.
  • Always use a GFI protected outlet in damp or wet locations.
  • DO NOT breathe or inhale hydrogen peroxide gas for prolonged periods of time.
  • DO NOT operate the CIMR® unit until thoroughly familiar with this Operations Manual.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • The CIMR® WM 1500 should be protected from extreme temperatures to ensure longer equipment life.
  • The CIMR® unit will operate best in dry, cool environments.
  • The CIMR® unit is designed to run on standard 110 volts 60 hertz.
  • In accordance with the specifications of the National Electrical Code and for safety measures, a three-prong grounding plug is standard to the equipment.
  • Do not, under any circumstances cut, remove, or replace the electrical cord. We recommend a GFI outlet.
  • Determine a suitable location to mount the CIMR® unit and plug transformer into a standard electrical outlet.
  • Use appropriate fasteners to securely mount the CIMR® unit to wall near ice machine.
  • Connect the provided ¾ inch/ 1.9 centimeters flexible hose to the ice machine the CIMR® unit outlets.
  • Drilling a hole into the ice machine is required.
  • Be sure that there are no wires or plumbing on other side of drill area.
  • We recommend taping a plastic bag to the inside of the ice machine in the area of the penetrations to catch any metal or plastic particles.
  • One penetration should go into the ice bin as high as possible and the other as close to the area of ice production as possible.
  • After installation is complete we recommend the ice bin is emptied and cleaned to insure no contaminates are present.
  • Turn the CIMR® unit on.

REPLACING THE CIMR® CELL

  • It is suggested the CIMR® cell be replaced after 3 (three) years of service to maintain peak performance.
  • To replace the CIMR® cell remove the three (3) screws on each side of the CIMR® unit and one (1) screw on the front bottom of the CIMR® unit.
  • Remove the cover.
  • Firmly grasp chassis of unit and remove CIMR® cell from clips.
  • Remove plug from CIMR® cell and replace with new CIMR® cell.
  • Replace cover and screws.

WARRANTY

  • This warranty supersedes and replaces any warranty statements made orally by the Sales Person, Distributor, or Dealer, or contained within instructions, or other Brochures, or informational documents in relation to this product.
  • The Manufacturer warrants the new CIMR® WM 1500 equipment to be free from defects in material and workmanship under the normal use and service when operated and maintained in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of equipment.
  • This Warranty is void if sealed CIMR® WM 1500 is opened or tampered with.
  • The Manufacturer’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing any part found to its satisfaction to be so defective.
  • This warranty does not cover parts damaged by action, humidity, moisture, or wear caused by abrasive materials, nor does it cover any damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, or any use other than its intended use, or from improper operation, maintenance, installation, modification, or adjustments.
  • This warranty does not cover parts or equipment used with the CIMR® WM 1500 that are not made by Manufacturer.
  • These items are covered by warranties of the respective manufacturer.
  • The Manufacturer will process the claim and install the part.
  • The Manufacturer assumes no liability for any harm which might occur as a result from the use of this equipment, and shall not be liable for consequential or any other damages, whether or not caused by the manufacturer’s negligence, or resulting from any express or implied warranty or breech thereof.
  • Consequential damages for the purpose of this warranty shall include, but not be limited to, loss of use, income or profit, loss of or damages to property, injury or death to persons or animals occasioned by or arising out of operation, use, installation, repair, or replacement of the equipment or otherwise.
  • While this warranty gives you specific legal rights, you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
  • There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof
