Product Information

The 3-IN-1 Desktop Wireless Charger is a convenient wireless charging solution that can charge up to three devices simultaneously. It is designed to comply with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and operates under the following conditions:

• The device must not cause harmful interference.

• The device must accept any interference received, including
  interference that may cause undesired operation.

• The antennas used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be colocated for operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Place the 3-IN-1 Desktop Wireless Charger on a level surface.
2. Connect the charger to a power source using the provided cable.
3. Place your compatible device(s) on the charging pad(s) to begin charging. The charging indicator light will turn on to indicate that your device is charging.
4. For best performance, ensure that your device is properly aligned with the charging pad and remove any metal or magnetic objects from your device before charging.
5. The 3-IN-1 Desktop Wireless Charger can charge up to three devices simultaneously. You can charge two devices wirelessly and one device using the USB port located on the back of the charger.

Important: To comply with FCC regulations, ensure that the antennas used for this transmitter are installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and are not colocated for operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.

3. Please do not use the mobile phone protection shell with a metal back or the mobile phone protection shell which thicker than 4mm.

Q1. The phone or earphone does not charge.
A: The phone or earphone is not aimed at the charging sensing area, Please adjust the phone or earphone to the correct charging position.

Q2. Mobile phone or Watch charging intermittently.
A: The charging current of the QC or PD power adapter is insufficient or the voltage is unstable, please replace a qualified adapter.

Q3. Slow charging.
A: The charging current of the PD power adapter is insufficient ,For fast charging, please use a qualified PD protocol or QC protocol adapter.
