Product Information

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Attach the unit to a 9V battery (BT1).
  2. Set the DIP switch (SW) to the desired sound effect:
    • 1 ON = Fire engine
    • 2 ON = Machine gun
    • 3 ON = Ambulance
    • 1 + 2 + 3 OFF = Police siren
  3. Turn on the unit by setting switch 1 and switch 2 to ON.
  4. Adjust the sound using the RV1 trimmer for sound control.
  5. Watch the polarity of the Zener-diode (ZD1) and the electrolytic capacitor (C1).
  6. Place the IC chip (IC1) in the IC socket.
  7. Watch the position of the notch on the IC socket.
  8. Connect the speaker (LS1) to the unit.
  9. Respect the local environmental rules when disposing of the unit.
