Headphone use steps with special instructions
- Press the wireless headset switch button for 1 second, and the indicator light blinks for 1 second to indicate that you are looking for an ear-to-ear link or a Bluetooth device link; Wireless headphones prompt “connected to the box” indicates that the left and right wireless headphones have been connected successfully;
- Turn on the Bluetooth switch of the mobile phone, search for the device that can be connected, find the name of “FLEX” device in the list, click Connect, and the wireless headset will prompt “Bluetooth connected”, which means that the wireless headset has been connected to the Bluetooth device successfully. (Important: Wireless headphones will not connect to any Bluetooth devices for the first time. Connected devices will automatically connect to Bluetooth when powered on.)
- Pairing with other devices: open Bluetooth Settings of other devices, search Bluetooth name (FLEX) and click Connect.
- The wireless headset will enter the charging mode when it is put into the charging box, and the wireless headset will automatically shut down.
- The left and right headphones can be separately connected to other Bluetooth devices.
- If the wireless headset is not connected to the Bluetooth device for 5 minutes, it will automatically shut down.
- In TWS mode, the wireless headset will indicate “low battery” every 30 minutes starting with less than about 20% power on either side.
Charging box function
- When the indicator light is on, press the button twice continuously to force the charging box to shut down and stop charging.
- If the indicator is steady on, the Bluetooth headset will automatically stop charging when it is fully charged.
- The charging case can charge the Bluetooth headset about 2 times on a full charge (L+R).
- When the Bluetooth headset is placed in the charging position of the Bluetooth headset, the charging case and the Bluetooth headset can be charged at the same time by connecting the USB charging cable.

Matters needing attention
- Do not use violence against the product, do not use heavy objects to squeeze, away from high temperature and humidity environment.
- Stay away from WIFI, router and other high-frequency transmitting equipment, which will affect the signal reception of the machine, resulting in sound card break and disconnection.
- Please use this product at effective environmental distance (0-15m), and There should be no physical barrier (e.g. wall) between Bluetooth device and headset.
