ASUS TUF-AX6000 TUF Gaming AX6000 Dual Band WiFi Router
Product Information
The TUF Gaming AX6000 Dual Band WiFi Router (model number E21894) is a high- speed router manufactured by ASUS. It features a variety of I/O ports, such as a 2.5G/1G LAN port, a 2.5G/1G WAN (Internet) port, a WPS button, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port, a Power (DCIN) port, and LAN 1~4 ports. The router also includes LED lights to indicate the status of various functions, such as the power button, 2.5G WAN (Internet) LED, 2.5G LAN LED, Power LED, LAN 1~4 LEDs, and WiFi LED.
The router is designed for easy setup and use. It can be set up using an iOS or Android mobile device through the ASUS Router app or through a web browser on a PC. It also includes Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP) for improved network performance. The router comes with a DC power adapter and can operate in temperatures ranging from 0-40oC.
Product Usage Instructions
Router Setup
- Prepare your modem by unplugging its power.
- Connect your modem to the WAN port on the router using the provided network cable.
- Power on the modem and check the modem’s LED lights to ensure the connection is active.
- Plug the DC power adapter into the DCIN port on the router and press the power button to turn on the router.
- Download the ASUS Router app on your iOS or Android mobile device and follow the instructions to complete the setup.
- Connect your PC to a LAN port on the router using an additional network cable.
- Open a web browser and navigate to http://www.asusrouter.com/ to complete the setup.
Link Aggregation Setup
- Use Ethernet cables to connect your client to the LAN1 and LAN2 ports on the router and another Ethernet cable to connect your computer to the LAN5 port.
- Log in to the web GUI by entering http://www.asusrouter.com/ in a web browser.
- Go to LAN > Switch Control > Bonding/Link aggregation and select Enable. Click Apply when done.

Router Setup Steps
Prepare your Modem

Unplug the power of cable / DSL modem.
If you are using DSL for internet, you will need your username / password from your Internet service provider (ISP) to properly configure your router. -
Connect your modem to WAN port at the back side of the router with the network cable provided.

Power on the modem. Plug modem to the power outlet and power on.

Check the modem LED lights to ensure the connection is active.
Install your Router

Plug the adapter into the DCIN port, and press the Power button.

The power LED will light up when the hardware is ready. via App

[App] On your iOS or Android mobile device, go to the app store, search for ASUS Router, and download the app.

[App] On your iOS or Android mobile device, tap Settings > Wi-Fi, connect to the default network SSID shown on the product label on the bottom side of the router. Or scan the QR code on the product label to connect the default network SSID.

[App] Launch ASUS Router App and follow the instructions to complete the setup.
or via Web Browser
- [Wired] Connect your PC to a LAN port at the back side of the router using an additional network cable.
[Wireless] Connect to the network with default SSID shown on the product label
on the back side of your router “ASUS_XX”.
- [Wired / Wireless] Open a web browser.
You will be redirected to the ASUS Setup Wizard. If not, navigate to http://www.asusrouter.com/. Follow the instructions to complete the setup.
Link Aggregation Setup Steps
Prepare your Router
Use Ethernet cables to connect your client to the LAN1 and LAN2 ports, and
another Ethernet cable to connect your computer to the LAN5 port of TUF-
AX6000.
NOTES: The client that you connect to TUF-AX6000 must support Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP). You can follow the yellow lines in the right drawing to connect the client and the blue line to connect your computer.
Log in and Configure

On your web browser, enter http://www.asusrouter.com and log into the web GUI.

From the navigation panel, go to LAN > Switch Control > Bonding/Link aggregation and select Enable. When done, click Apply. Please scan the QR code for further information.
NOTE: Ensure that the Link Aggregation function of the client (eg. NAS) you connect to TUF-AX6000 is enabled.
