Basic Operations
Quick Guide
While the player is powered on, press direction buttons to select its 9 different functions, including Music,Bluetooth,Video,FMRadio,Ebook,Recording, Tools, Folder, Settings, press button to enter. Plug your earphone into the earphone jack to enjoy the music and radio you like.
Charge the Player
- Plug the attached USB cable into the USB port of a computer to charge the player.
- Use charger adapter for charge (Specification of charge:
- Input: AC110~240V 50/60Hz Max:100mA
- Output: DC5.0V 500mA-1A)
Power On/Off
- Hold the Power button 3 seconds on the left to turn on/off the player.
Date Transfer
- Open the Windows Explorer or “This PC”.
- Using the USB cable, connect the player to a USB port on your PC.
- Open the new “M10” folder under “This PC”.
- Copy files to the “M10” in which you want them to play.
- Note: Please do not disconnect the USB plug during file transferring. It may cause malfunction of the player and the files.
Return
- While on playing interface, press the button to exit.
Volume Adjustment
- Use the Volume Control buttons on the right to adjust the volume.
Note
- There’s a built-in speaker in M10 Music Player, the speaker will turn on automatically when no earphones are plugged in.To turn off/on the built-in speaker please access “Settings”
- This MP3 Player only support headphones with impedance 16Ωor 32Ω.
Music
Press button with “Music” on main interface to access its function. A related list will show as follows:
- All songs: View the songs list.
- Last Played/Now Playing: View the Last Played/Now Playing
- Artists: Play songs from Artist you like.
- Albums: Play songs from Album you like.
- Playlists: Play songs from 1 of 3 playlists.
Options when SD card inserted:
- Local folder: View songs in MP3’s memory.
- Card folder: View songs in SD card’s memory.
Rewind/Forward/Play/Pause
- While it’s on music playing interface, press button to go to the previous/next song.
- Hold button for fast rewind/ forward.
- Press button to play / pause the music.
Play Settings
While it’s on music playing interface, press the menu button to access its sub-menu. The related list will show:
- Home: Back to the Main menu
- Repeat
- Repeat 1: Repeat play the song currently playing.
- Repeat all: Start repeating all your music in the current playlist
- Shuffle: Start shuffle all your music in the current playlist
Sound settings
- Equalizer: Choose from the 7 sound effects, or choose “off” to turn off equalizer.
- Variable speed playback: Adjust play speed from -8 (Slowest) to +8 (Fastest). MP3 and WAV format only.
Repeat mode
- Play music as A-B loop. Enter Replay Mode, an “A” on the bottom left will flash. Press button to set a start time.
- The “B” on the bottom left will flash press button to set an end time and begin A-B loop, or press button to reset a start time.
- Press button again to end the A-B loop.
Replay Times
- Set how many times will A-B loop play.
Replay Interval
- Set how many seconds interval at beginning of A-B loop play.
Add to playlist
- Add the currently playing song to 1 of 3 playlists.
Remove from Playlist
- Remove the song from 1 of 3 playlists.
Bookmarks
- Add bookmark: Add a bookmark in the audio.
- Go to bookmark: Go to your saved bookmark.
- Delete bookmark: Delete saved bookmark
Sleep timer
- Set sleep timer
Delete
- Delete the currently playing song from Mp3 player.
Bluetooth
Press button with “Bluetooth” on main interface to access its function. A related list will show as follows:
- Bluetooth switch control:Turn on/off the Bluetooth
- Search for device:Searching nearby Bluetooth device.
- Device list:View paired Bluetooth devices.
- How to pair this mp3 player with Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headset?
- Make sure that the Bluetooth function of your Bluetooth speaker or your Bluetooth headset remains ON
- Turn on the mp3 player Bluetooth and search Bluetooth device nearby until you can see the Bluetooth device display on the list then connect with the Bluetooth device.
- Noted: When listen to radio by Bluetooth, wired headphones are needed as radio antenna.
- Only support pair with Bluetooth Headphones or Speaker, not vehicle and smartphone(any questions about the Bluetooth connection, you can contact our customer service at any time)
Videos
Press button with “Videos” on main interface to access its function. This MP3 Player Support Converted AMV and AVI (240*320) format videos.To convert your video format please contact our customer service to get the converter tool.
Settings
- While it’s on video playing interface, press Menu button to access to its sub-menu. The related list will show.
- Brightness: Adjust Screen brightness.
- Repeat:
- Repeat off: Turn off repeat function.
- Repeat 1: Repeat play the audio currently playing.
- Repeat all: Play all of your audios and repeat.
- Delete video: Delete the currently playing video.
FM Radio
Press the button with “FM Radio” on the main interface to access the FM radio playing interface directly,and press the menu button to access FM radio menu a related list will show as follows:
- FM Start FM Radio Recording: start recording the current playing channel
- Preset: Search the channels to preset.
- Save to Preset: Save current FM channel to “Presets”
- Clear preset: Clear one of saved FM channel from “Presets”
- Auto tune: Auto Search FM signal.
- Tuner Region: Select among Common Band, Japan Band, European Band
- Common Band: 87.0MHZ~108.0MHZ
- Japan Band: 76.0MHZ~90.0MHZ
- Euro Band: 87.0MHZ~108.0MHZ
E-book
Press the button with “E-book” on the main interface to access its functionality. All TXT files will show on this menu,choose the TXT file you want to play and press to start reading the TXT book.
Auto Play
- While reading the text, press button to start auto play mode, press again to back to normal play.
Settings
While on text reading scene, press Menu button to go to its sub-menu. A related list will show:
Play setting: Set time for auto play.
- Background color: Set E-book page color.
- Brightness: setting the brightness
- Delete E-book: Delete an E-book.
- Bookmark Select: Select a bookmark.
- Delete bookmark: Delete a bookmark.
- Add bookmark: Add a bookmark on a page.
- Page select: Go to a selected page.
Recording
Press button with “Recording” on main interface access to its function. A related list will show up:
- Start voice recording: Start recording.
- Recordings library: View the recordings.
- Record from: Select the recording source from “Microphone” or “Line in”
- Record Format: Select a recording format.
- Set rec bit-rate: Select a bit rate.
- Tarck AVR mode: select the model from”Normal”and “AVR mode”
Options when SD card inserted:
- Storage: Select saved in mp3 or SD card.
Tools
- Alarm: Choose “Alarm”, press button to access this function and set the alarm switch /time /cycle/music /volume you want.
- Calendar: Choose “Calendar”, press button to access this function and view the date and time press button to go back.
- Stopwatch: Choose “Stopwatch”, press button to access this function. press again to start the timer, then press again to stop/resume. press to start a new one. press to go back.
- Please note: the maximum Stopwatch list is 5.
- Picture: Choose “Picture”, and press the button to access the picture menu. Press the up/down button to select the picture file that you want to play, and press the button to view the picture
- Theme: Choose “Theme”, and press the button you can switch the background, there are 3 backgrounds to switch.
Settings
Press button with “Settings” on main interface to access its function,and then a related list will show as follows:
- Sleep timer: Set time into sleep mode / turn off sleep timer
- Idle shutdown: close/open
- Display settings
- Brightness: Set screen brightness.
- Backlight Time: Set time of screen backlight.
- Screensaver: Turn on/off screen saver.
- Button lights: Turn off/Full bright/single bright
- Speaker switch: Turn off/on the speaker
- Date and time: Set Date and time on the MP3 player.
- Language: Select among 1 of 28 languages.
- Information: View system info and memory space on the device.
- Format device: Delete all data in Mp3 system
- Factory settings: Reset system to factory setting
Folder
Press button with “Folder”on main interface to access its function.
Expandable Card
When you insert a card into MP3 Player, 2 new options will show in “Folder view”.
- Local folder: View files in MP3’s memory.
- Card folder: View files in SD card’s memory.
This MP3 player works with any brand SD card up to 128 GB. If SD card can’t be read, please make sure the card can be read by other device first. If you believe the card is fine, please contact us for further help.(See Cover)
Support and Troubleshooting
- Q: How to transfer music to the mp3 player?
- A: Download music to your computer first, and then connect mp3 player with your computer thru charging cable. A new disk will pop on as flash driver, and drop all your musics to the disk.
- You can create folders in the disk to sort your music.
- Q: Why my computer can’t detect mp3 player?
- A: This Mp3 player can be paired for all computer system with latest USB driver. Please update your USB driver before plug in Mp3 player or try another charging cable. It you still can’t connect Mp3 Player to you computer, please contact customer service team for additional help(See Cover).
