CB300-D CALL BUTTON
PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS
CB300-D Call Button
- Unscrew the back plate and insert 3x D batteries and remove the yellow transparent strip on the metal backing.
- Screw on the back plate with batteries.
- Remove the face plate and press “Enter”.
- Press the “Down Arrow” until you see “Software Ver” on the screen.
- Press “Enter”.
- Press “Up Arrow”.
- Press the “Down Arrow” until you see “Message Record” on the screen then press “Enter”.
- Press the “Down Arrow” until you see “Local Msg” and then press “Enter”.
- Hold “Enter” to record your local message (e.g., “welcome to my store, a staff member will be with you shortly”). This message is what the customer will hear when they press the button.
- Press the “Back Arrow”
- Press the “Down Arrow” until you see “Radio Message”.
- Hold “Enter” to record your radio message (e.g., “customer assistance needed in aisle 2”). This message is what the staff members with radios will hear when the button is pressed by a customer.
- Once completed, either mount with a screw or mount with double-sided velcro to the designated area.
