Product Usage Instructions

1. IMPORTANT: Retain this manual for future reference and read it carefully.
2. Before using the product, ensure that all parts are properly secured and tightened.
3. Place the product on a flat and stable surface.
4. Adjust the height of the product according to your preference using the adjustment knobs.
5. Sit on the product and adjust the seat and backrest to your desired position using the adjustment knobs.
6. Use the foot pedals to exercise by pushing and pulling them alternately with your feet.
7. Use the resistance adjustment knob to increase or decrease the resistance level.
8. After using the product, clean it with a damp cloth and store it in a dry place.
9. Press the “Done” button to end your workout session.
10. Always follow proper safety precautions while using the product.
