Product Information
The T701i is a thermostat manufactured by Pro1 Technologies. It is a U.S. registered trademark, and its patents are pending. It has a 5-year limited warranty that requires registration within 60 days of installation. The thermostat has a glow-in-the-dark light button that illuminates the display for several hours after being exposed to ambient light. It has a temperature setpoint button, fan/user button, and system/user button. The thermostat also has an LCD display that shows the current room temperature, selected setpoint temperature, system operation indicators, WiFi indicator,energy-efficient temperature indicator, fan setting, and stage setting.
Product Usage Instructions
To operate the thermostat:

Press the glow-in-the-dark light button to turn on the display light.

Press the fan/user button to select the fan operation mode.
Choose between ON (fan runs continuously) or AUTO (fan runs only when the heating or cooling system is on). -
Press the system/user button to select the operation mode of your HVAC system. Choose between HEAT (heating mode), COOL (air conditioning mode), or OFF (system off).

Press the + or – buttons to select the desired room temperature.

The LCD display will show the current room temperature,selected setpoint temperature, system operation indicators, WiFi indicator, energy-efficient temperature indicator, fan setting, and stage setting.

If your HVAC system has multiple stages of heating or cooling, the stage setting will show +1 when the first stage is on.

Caution
Equipment damage hazard Do not operate the cooling system if the outdoor
temperature is below 50 ˚F (10 ˚C) to prevent possible compressor damage.

Glow in the Dark Light Button
The glow in the dark light button will self illuminate for several hours after
exposure to ambient light. This button turns on the display light when
pressed.
Temperature Setpoint Buttons
Press the + or – buttons to select the desired room temperature.
Fan Button:
Select ON or AUTO. ON will run the fan continuously. AUTO will run the fan
only when the heating or cooling system is on.
Note: Some systems may have fan control disabled.
System Button:
Select the operation mode of your HVAC system.
Selecting HEAT will put your system in heating mode. Selecting COOL will put
your system in air conditioning mode.
Selecting OFF turns the system off.
Thermostat Quick Reference
- Indicates the current room temperature
- Setpoint : Displays the selected setpoint temperature.
- System Operation Indicators: The COOL ON, HEAT ON or FAN ON will display when the COOL, HEAT, or FAN is on. The compressor delay feature is active if these are flashing.
- WIFI Indicator: Shown when connected to WiFi.
- Globe: Globe is displayed if an energy efficient temperature has been selected.
- Fan: Indicates the current fan setting.
- Stages: +1 will appear in the display when the first stage of heat or cool is on.
- System: Indicates current system mode setting.
Warranty Information
Warranty Registration
Your new thermostat has a 5 year limited warranty. You must register your
thermostat within 60 days of installation. Without this registration the
warranty period will begin on date of manufacture. For warranty issues please
contact the HVAC professional that installed this product. Please register
your new thermostat online.
