The Steam Oven, 60cm is a flagship combination steam oven that provides precise control, repeatability, and certainty of steam. The oven features 23 functions, including steam-only, convection-only, or a combination of both. Its AeroTechTM technology offers moisture control and even heat distribution. Theoven has an intuitive interface with a large 5-inch touchscreen display and an illuminated dial, which makes it simple to cook by food, function, or recipe. It also has a Wireless Temperature Sensor that monitors food in real- time (selected markets and models). The oven has a water tank capacity of 1.5L and Wi-Fi/Connected capability through the SmartHQTM app (selected markets and models).

Product Usage Instructions
- Fill the water tank with water up to the maximum level.
- Place the food in the oven and select the desired function on the touchscreen display.
- Use the dial to adjust the temperature and cooking time as needed.
- The Wireless Temperature Sensor can be used to monitor the cooking progress of the food in real-time (selected markets and models).
- When cooking is complete, remove the food from the oven using oven mitts or other protective equipment.
- Clean the oven and accessories according to the instructions in the user manual.
