Connect Via Mobile Phone

• Please Make Sure that the router is turned on and able to access the Internet Before Setting it.
• Plug In the power and the Led indicator will light up.
• Connect Your Phone to ”UPPOON-xxx in the Wifi list after about 20 Seconds. it Should be an open Network.
• When the Extender is Connected for the first time. the management interface should pop up automatically.
• Please launch your web browser and enter 192.168.10.1 in the address field.
• Enter the Default admin and click login.
• If access fails, please check if the Correct Wifi ”UPPOON-xxx” is connected.
• Enter the Software Management interface and click ”Repeater Mode”.
•  Scan and Select which router you want to extend.
• Enter the password of the main Router.
• And click ”Save”
• Check again and confirm the wireless information and wait 25 seconds.
• Complete the Setting and Reconnect the new Extended network.
• The new extended network will appear with the same name as your main router with ”Ext” at the End.
•  Enter the Same password as the main Router to Connect and access the network.
• Your WiFi extender is now set un and ready to go.

Once you configure the extender it automatically does that.

Would this work if the wifi only gets 25mbs?

It didn’t work for anything for me.

Do I need to connect this to my router or modem, both of which are downstairs? I want to put the extender upstairs.

Your router should have a little button on it that will link this device to your current modem/router and then it will make a new wifi signal to attach to. So if your signal downstairs is called “dog 101” the extender will be plugged in upstairs and will be called Dog 101. exe. You will see both the “dog 101” and dog 101.exe as wifi choices, and you will want to choose the exe when you are upstairs for the stronger signal. It is all explained on simple paper when you purchase it

Does it work with the at &t bgw210 router?

Don’t buy it – it doesn’t work with anything.

To extend the signal to a pool house can I use two extenders to reach the distance?

You can just make sure you complete the setup process for your second device within the range of your first device, and not to your original router

We live in our motorhome and travel to different RV parks. They have wifi but sometimes it is pretty weak. Will this unit work on any wifi in RV parks?

If you can plug the wifi extender where you can get the park wifi it will help you expand your network, you will also need to know their wifi password.

A follow-up to my earlier question – can you be more specific? if I enter the same SSID name, how will devices know to connect to main or extender?

We do not recommend using the same name, as this may cause IP conflicts and cause network drops. The device does not support 5G network, only 2.4G, I hope to help you.

Will this work with the Ring doorbell and Ring cameras?

This extender doesn’t work for WiFi at all, so I doubt it will work with Ring.
