- The Sony CFD-E90 is a portable CD radio cassette recorder that offers a range of features and specifications. The device comes with a sleep/wake timer function, allowing the user to fall asleep or wake up to the sound of a CD or radio. It also displays the current time. The device has a digital filter of 8X oversampling and 1-bit digital-to-analog conversion. The CD frequency response is 20-20000Hz, with a +/-1dB range. The tuner frequency range is AM: 530-1710kHz and FM: 87.6-108MHz. The device has a power output of JEITA 2.3W/channel and four speakers (10cm x 2).

Product Usage Instructions
- Powering the device: Insert six C batteries into the battery compartment or connect the AC power cord to the device.
- Turning on/off the device: Press the POWER button to turn the device on and off.
- Playing a CD: Insert a CD into the CD compartment with the label side facing up. Press the CD button to select the CD mode. Use the playback controls to play, pause, skip, or search for tracks.
- Playing a cassette: Insert a cassette into the cassette compartment with the exposed tape facing up. Press the TAPE button to select the tape mode. Use the playback controls to play, pause, fast-forward, or rewind the tape.
- Listening to the radio: Press the TUNER/BAND button to select the radio mode. Use the TUNING dial to tune into a station. Press the PRESET button to save a station as a preset. Use the PRESET buttons to recall a saved station.
- Setting the sleep/wake timer: Press the TIMER button to select the timer mode. Use the SET TIME and SET ALARM buttons to set the timer. The device will turn off automatically after the set time or turn on at the set alarm time.
