Simple Steps to Test Your Blood Glucose
Blood Glucose Testing

Wash your hands with warm, soapy water.| Remove Test Strip from vial and close
vial immediately. Insert Test Strip into Test Port with TRUEtest™ facing up.
The Meter turns on.| Lance your finger.

Allow a blood drop to form, touch Tip of Strip to top
of blood drop and allow blood to be drawn into
Strip. Remove Test Strip Sample Tip from sample drop
immediately after dashes appear across Meter Display.
CAUTION! Holding the Test Strip Sample Tip to the blood sample too long after
the Meter begins testing may cause inaccurate results.| In as little as 4
seconds, glucose result will be displayed.| Hold Meter in a vertical position
with Test Strip facing down. Press
strip release button to discard the
used Test Strip from the Meter.
WARNING!
NEVER reuse Test Strips. NEVER wipe test Strips with water, alcohol or any
cleaner. DO NOT attempt to remove blood or control sample from Test Strips or
clean Test Strips and re-use. Reuse of Test Strips WILL cause inaccurate
results. NEVER add a second drop of sample to the Strip. Adding more sample
gives an error message.
