1. With PRE-APPLIED ADHESIVE TAPE AND QUICK CONNECT PLUGS TO APPLY THE LED STRIPS UNDER CAR.
2. Prior to sticking for a better hold, be sure to clean the mounting areas.
3. If possible, use ZIP to increase security and tighten up any wires.

How do you secure under glow lights?****

Secure the LED strip with zip ties. We recommend zip-ties for every 12 inches of the LED strip, since double-sided tape may not be strong enough to securely attach the strip indefinitely.

Are neon strip lights safe?****

LED strip lights are as safe as any other electrical light source when installed and used correctly. We always advise you to consult an electrician when installing mains-wired strip lighting.

Do LED neon lights use a lot of electricity?****

Statistically, one foot of the conventional neon light absorbs about 20 watts of electricity per hour. In contrast, the same length and thickness of the LED neon tube can be consumed as low as 1.2 watts for the same duration.

Green neon lamps can produce up to 65 lumens per watt of power input, while white neon lamps have an efficacy of around 50 lumens per watt. In contrast, a standard incandescent lamp only produces around 13.5 lumens per watt.

How do neon lights work?****

Neon lights are a type of cold cathode gas-discharge light. A neon tube is a sealed glass tube with a metal electrode at each end, filled with one of a number of gases at low pressure. A high potential of several thousand volts applied to the electrodes ionizes the gas in the tube, causing it to emit colored light.
