Product Introduction

Our wireless doorbells are expandable to add more receivers and transmitters including accessories like doors and motion sensors.
The mini infrared motion sensors can detect the temperature change of humans and big animals caused by movement. They are in small size and can be installed or placed at any indoor position to provide you with a door entry chime/alert system.
One doorbell receiver can work with 20 transmitters at most and each transmitter can be set to different or the same chime/music.

What You Should Know Before Installation

  1. The radio frequency signal of door chime can be affected by metal, walls, installation height, and interference signals from other products. Its working range is 150-200 meters in an open area. Please the first test the operating range you desire at 3.3 feet height at least. And set the chime before installation if needed.
  2. The mini door sensor is for indoor use (non-waterproof). Please take out the battery insulating strip before use.
  3. The door sensor will be triggered and the indicator will light up whenever the two parts are separated more than 0.4 inches. So the installation gap between the 2 parts should be less than 0.4 inches.
  4. Please stick the mini door sensor onto an even and clean surface and note that the sticker will have poor adhesion if you attach it to a dirty or uneven surface. Sunlight or water will also affect the adhesion over a longer period of time.

Operating Instructions

  1. Volume Adjustment of Receiver
There are 4 levels of volume for choosing from. Find the Volume Control Button on the left side of the receiver. Press this button repeatedly to get desired volume level.

  2. Music/Chime Selection of Receiver
There are 52 music/chimes. Use the Forward and Backward 2 Music Control Buttons on the receiver to cycle through the different music/chimes. To set and activate the chosen or desired music/chimes, follow step 3.

  3. Pairing Door Sensor and Setting Music/ Chime
    a) Select a desired music/chime for one sensor by pressing the Music Control Buttons on the receiver. (Refer to step 2)
    b) Set the Receiver into learning mode (pairing mode) by pressing the Volume Control Button on the receiver for 5 seconds. Then you will hear a “pairing alert chirp” and see a fast CONTINUOUS LED flashing on the receiver–this will indicate the pairing ready status.
    c) Next, quickly trigger the sensor within 5 seconds (see Note) by separating the two parts of the door sensor. You will hear the music/chime you selected, which means that your operation is completed successfully.
Note 1: You must trigger the sensor within 5 seconds after entering learning mode since the receiver will exit the mode automatically without getting a signal from the sensor after 5 seconds.

  4. For Pairing Additional Sensors
Just repeat Step 3a-3b-3c for each additional transmitter.
Note 2: Pair and set only one transmitter at a time to avoid interference and ensure successful operation. Different or the same music/chime can be set for multiple transmitters.

  5. Reset (Clearing out Settings)
To clear out all settings, press the Music Control Forward button for 5 seconds, you will hear a “pairing alert chirp” and see a SINGLE quick flash, then the music/chime of the receiver will turn into the default one (Ding Dong) and pairing will be unset and cleared. You can trigger a transmitter to verify.

Installation Method

Before installation, please test if the operating range you choose is working and set music/chime if needed.

  1. Receivers Installation
    a) Plug-in receiver: Just plug the receiver into the standard outlet in a room, then it will work.
    b) Battery-type receiver: Put in three 1.5 AAA batteries, then you can choose whether to hang it up or just put it on the desk.SGOKEEN B09C5V6LSN Wireless

Common Problems and Troubleshooting

The receiver suddenly can’t get a signal from the transmitter and doesn’t ring.
Reason 1: Low-power battery in the transmitter. The less power in the transmitter, the shorter range is.
Solution 1: Replace with a new battery.
Reason 2: Reset the receiver by accident so that the transmitter is not paired with the receiver anymore.
Solution 2: Re-pair the receiver with the transmitter following the Operation Instructions.
Reason3: The plug of the receiver is loose
Solution 3: Re-plug your receiver.
