households.
Preparation
Two people are required to assemble the treadmill.
Lift the treadmill carefully out of the packaging.
Cut the
protective strip and remove it.
Click the
handrails (A03/A04) out of the holders and tilt them up to the upright
position.
Loosen the
finger screws (B07) and adjust the handrails to the required height.
If the rails are diffi cult to adjust, you can lubricate them with a little oil.
Tighten the finger screws again.
The treadmill is now ready
for use.
Battery installation and replacement
- Remove the battery cover from the remote control (no. D04).
- Remove the battery from the remote control, if relevant.
- Install a new battery in the battery holder with the positive terminal facing up.
- Put the battery cover back in place.
Dispose of the old battery according to your local guidelines.
Use
Place the treadmill in a location where it will not be exposed to excessive
moisture or heat, or direct sunlight.
Plug the treadmill into the main socket.
Stand with your feet on the side plates and hold onto the handrails so that
you are stable.
Clip the safety clip to your clothing and attach the magnetic key to the
contact point on the treadmill’s left handrail. Once the magnetic key has been
attached, the computer is reset.
Press the START button to start the treadmill. The treadmill starts to rotate
at a speed of 0.8 kph. Step onto the treadmill and start walking. Adjust the
speed from 0.8 to 6.0 kph using the +/- buttons on the treadmill’s right
handrail.
The computer’s display automatically switches between displaying time,
distance, calorie consumption, steps, and speed every 5 seconds.
Once you have finished exercising, you can stop the treadmill by pressing the
STOP button or removing the magnetic key from the contact point on the
treadmill’s left handrail. You can also control the treadmill’s functions
using the remote control supplied.
Folding and unfolding
You can fold the treadmill up so that it takes up less space for storage.
Pull the pin (B08) out.
Lift the
treadmill until a click sounds.
The
treadmill is now in the locked position. You can now tilt the treadmill
backward so that it is resting on its wheels (C). This allows you to wheel the
treadmill to the desired location.
You can drop
the treadmill down by carefully pressing the hinge joint (K) in and pulling
the treadmill back so that it loosens.
The
treadmill automatically drops down.
Adjusting the treadmill
Place the treadmill on a flat surface.
Switch the treadmill on and check if it is pulling to one side.
If the treadmill is pulling to the right, switch on the treadmill. Turn the
right adjustment screw clockwise 1/4 turn and the left adjustment screw
anticlockwise 1/4 turn. Start the treadmill again and check that it is running
straight. Repeat the above process until the treadmill is running dead
straight and in the middle.
See figure A.
If the treadmill is pulling to the left, switch on the treadmill. Turn the
left adjustment screw clockwise 1/4 turn and the right adjustment screw
anticlockwise 1/4 turn. Start the treadmill again and check that it is running
straight. Repeat the above process until the treadmill is running dead
straight and in the middle.
See figure B.
The treadmill will gradually become looser over time. Tighten the treadmill by
turning both adjustment screws clockwise one full turn and then restart it.
Stand on the treadmill and check if it is tight enough.
Repeat the above process until the treadmill is tightened suffi ciently. It must
be possible to pull the treadmill 50-75 mm up from the plate.
See figure C.
Lubrication
The treadmill’s interior and the plate it runs on are lubricated from the
factory and require minimal maintenance. The friction between the treadmill
and the plate it runs on is very important for the treadmill’s function and
should therefore be lubricated regularly. We recommend inspecting the
treadmill regularly.
The treadmill should be lubricated at least once every 300 kilometers.
Once the treadmill has run for 300 km since the last lubrication, the
lubrication alarm will sound with a beep every 10 seconds and the message
“OIL” will appear on the display.
Lubricate the treadmill as follows: Unplug the treadmill. Lift it up and apply
a suitable lubricating oil roughly in the center of the plate on both sides.
Plug the treadmill in again.
Press and hold the STOP button for 3 seconds to reset the lubrication alarm.
Switch on the treadmill and allow it to run unloaded for a few minutes.
We
recommend the following lubrication intervals:
Light use (less than 3 hours per week): every 6 months
Medium use (3-5 hours per week): every 3 months
Heavy use (more than 5 hours per week): every 2 months
Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug the treadmill before cleaning it or carrying out any maintenance.
Regular cleaning will increase the treadmill’s service life.
Dust the treadmill regularly. Make sure to clean the free edges on each side
of the treadmill and the edges of the frame.
This prevents dust and dirt from building up under the treadmill. Use clean
shoes.
The top of the treadmill can be cleaned with a well-wrung cloth and a small
quantity of washing-up liquid. Do not allow water to get into the treadmill
frame or onto the underside of the treadmill.
Troubleshooting
In some cases, the treadmill may display error codes on the display.
You can see in the table below how the errors can be corrected.
Error code | Problem | Possible Solution |

this does not solve the problem, the control unit must be replaced.
02| The input voltage is too low.| Check that the plug is working properly.
0| 1. The input voltage is too high or too low.2. A moving part is blocked
or stuck, so the motor can not rotate| 1. Restart the treadmill. Checkthat
the plug is working properly.
2. Check the control unit and replace it if necessary. Investigate what is
causing the blockage. Inspect the motor. If it smells of burning or sounds
odd, it should probably be replaced.
06| Motor error| Check the connection to the motor. If the cables are damaged,
broken, or defective, they must be replaced.
If this does not solve the problem, the motor may need replacing.
Error code| Problem| Possible Solution
---|---|---
08| Control unit error| Check the connection to and from the control unit. If
the cable is damaged, broken, or defective, it must be replaced.
If this does not solve the problem, the control unit must be replaced.
09| The treadmill is misplaced.| Fold the treadmill down and place it
horizontally on the floor.
10| The motor is damaged or a moving part is blocked or stuck, so the motor
cannot operate| Investigate what is causing the blockage. Inspect the motor.

Environmental information
Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) contains materials, components, and
substances that may be hazardous and harmful to human health and the
environment if waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) is not
