To ensure that the equipment operates at its optimal condition. Please read the manual prior to connecting to power.

Quality Policy
Every care has been taken to ensure that the cabinet has been manufactured to Australian Standards and carries the T.G.A. approval number 257613

Installation

  • Unpack and place cabinet in position
  • Ensure that it is level
  • Remove any plastic coating on the stainless panels, both on the interior and exterior of cabinet
  • Place shelves in desired position
  • Connect to power supply
  • Allow unit to operate for 2 hours prior to placing products on shelves
  • Control setting have already been set for Fluid 35℃, Blanket 60℃
  • Unit can be left on permanently as power consumption is minimal.

Electrical Rating – 240 volts 50 hz
3.2 amps FW 5 – 2 amp
FW10 – 3 amp
FW21- 6 amp
BW5 – 2 amp
BW10- 3 amp
BW21 – 6 amp

  • For Fluid Warming cabinets check with Fluid Supplier at what temperature they recommend product be stored at.
  • Temperature settings can be changed to suit products, however do take care not to exceed manufacturer recommendation and this should only be carried out by an authorized person.
  • Loading of Stock – ensure that you have left sufficient space between bottles or bags so that you can obtain even temperature throughout. A full cabinet of Fluid either in bottles or bags may take 8 – 10 hours to reach desired temperature.
  • Loading of Stock into Blanket Warmer – ensure that blankets DO NOT touch or block air vents.

Control Panel

Once you have connected equipment to your power supply and you have turned on power switch, located next to the controller, control panel will illuminate and start heating.

Controller – is a microprocessor which will indicate both the cabinet temperature on the top of screen, the one below is set temperature.

When cabinet has reached heating temperature, cold indicator light will stop glowing.
To change temperature settings and this should only be carried out by a person with authority to do so – Push the set button, go up or down with key pad, once you had reached new temperature settings, push set button and that will lock in new set point.

Temperature alarm

Should the temperature exceed the set points by 2 ℃, above the alarm will activate. Plus, it will cut out power to heating element.
If temperature falls below set point, indicator light will glow.

Warranty

Subject to the following conditions from date of purchase, the following Warranty:

  • Functional parts found within the unit to be defection in material will be replaced free of charge within Warranty period of 24 months from Date of Purchase
  • A decision of where parts are repaired or replaced is at the discretion of Nuline Refrigeration.
  • Structural components are covered by 24 months Warranty except where equipment has not being used for normal operation.
  • Glass is not covered under warranty
  • Under no circumstances will Nuline Refrigeration be responsible for any loss of stock
  • To the extent of the law, this Warranty shall not cover damaged, malfunction or failure resulting from accident, misuse, improper installation or modification, unauthorised replacement of parts or cleaned by harsh chemicals.
    The warranty shall be void.

The TEMP parameter table

Symbol| Name| Setting Range| Description| Factory set

value

---|---|---|---|---
AL/ AL| Alarming setting| 0-Full Range 0.0-Full Range| When temperature is beyond SP+AL, the ALM indicator turn on. The buzzer sounds and the

heating power turn off.

|
CL/ CL| Refrigeration control

setting

| 0-Full Range

0.0 Full Range

| When the temperature less than SP+COL, the refrigeration point is turn on to drive the

compressor

| Without this function
CT/ CT| Refrigeration control delay| (0 –3600)s| When measured value reaches alarm value, the alarm replay will not output before it passes CT

time

| Without this function
P/ P| Proportional Band| 1-Full Range

1.0 Full Range

| Proportional control action, if P is larger, then

the gain of system is lower. It only use on the heating side

|
I/ I| Integral Time| 0-3600 seconds| Integrated time constant. 1 larger, then the

integrated action is smaller

|
d /d| Derivative Time| 0-3600 seconds| Derivative time constant. D larger, then the derivative action is also larger D can overcome overshoot. 1=0 and D =0 is called half

proportional control

|
AR/ AR| Overshoot control (resetting)| ****

1-100%

| At on-off PID control, the value of Ar is a constant which equals 1.5-2 times of the ratio of on time to the on*off period in the equilibrium state. In the half proportional control, the Ar

equals coefficient/P

|
T /T| Heating period| 1-300 seconds| For the thyristor output it is about 1-3 seconds.

For those equipment that the superfluous power provided is comparatively larger, select larger T would decrease the stable error caused

by PID control

| ****

3

Pd/ Pb| Zero point adjust (intersection)| -100-100-100.0

-100.0

| When the zero error comparatively smaller and the full point error comparatively larger, to update this value should be needed. Ordinary

for pt100, updating this value is rarely needed.

|
Pk/ PK| Full point adjust (intercept)| -1000-1000

seconds

| When zero error comparatively larger and the full point error also comparatively larger, to update this value should be needed. PK=4000 x (setting value-actual value)/actual value. For

pt100 adjusting this value is needed at first time.

|
/FN| Fan control| 1–100| When PV is at the range of SV+2.0C, the fan motor will run at lower speed, otherwise the fan

will run at a high speed

|
L/LK| Password

key

| 0-255| When LK=18 the parameters listed above then

the above parameters can be updated
