Quick Start Guide
Unbox your scooter
It’s best to have a second person help unbox the scooter.
-
Remove the top lid of the box.

Remove the four side walls by sliding them upwards.

Lift the back wheel by the rear handle and move it off the platform.

Lift the front wheel off the package by the handlebar.
-
Unfold the kickstand to stabilize the scooter.
On/off, lock, seatbox
- Lock/turn off button 2
- Unlock/turn on button
- Seat box button Mount your mirrors
Turn On: Press the Unlock/turn on button. Fold the kickstand up to enter
drive mode. Turn Off: Press the Lock/turn off button.
Lock: Turn the handlebar all the way to the left and long press the lock/
turn off button (1) until you hear the locking sound on the scooter (approx. 5
sec.).
Mount your mirrors
Your scooter should be in park mode and its handlebar unlocked

Place both mirrors on a flat surface so that they form a V shape.

Pick the left mirror and turn the bottom nut all the way up until you feel resistance.

Screw the bolt clockwise into the left side of the handlebar. It is normal that the bolt doesn’t go all the way in. Do not use force!

Turn the mirror into a position, so that you can see what is behind you (this can be adjusted later)

Tighten the nut with a wrench (17mm) until the mirror is fixed in one place.

You can loosen the nut at the top of the mirror arm to adjust the mirror’s vertical orientation. Make sure to tighten the nut again.

For fine tuning, press gently on the mirror glass to change its orientation.

Repeat with the right mirror.
Display & battery
Charge your battery
Turn off the scooter, open the seat box via the key fob and unplug the
battery.
Plug the battery to the charger by pressing the plug on the connector. The
battery is fully charged when the led on the charger turns green. To use your
battery, turn off your scooter and plug in the battery cable.

Main battery
→ Charge the main battery at room temperature. Do not charge it when the
battery is still cold from outside.
→ Do not leave the battery in your scooter for several weeks at temperatures
below 0°C.
→ Unplug the charger, when the battery is fully charged.
State of charge
The state of charge is measured differently on the battery and on the display. Use the battery according to the state of charge shown on the Scooter Display for a range estimation.
Drive, park & off
Drive & Park
To enter drive mode, fold the kickstand up.
To enter park mode, fold the kickstand down. Inspection Your first inspection
is due when you reach 500km or after 12 months. It then needs another after
4.000 km. Check our website to find a partner garage.
When turned off, your scooter continues to run on its internal battery. After
roughly 28 days without driving your scooter, the internal battery might be
depleted and your scooter won’t start. If this is the case you need to jump
start your scooter.
Reminder: The internal battery is being charged when the scooter is
turned on (parked or driving).
Jump start your scooter
If your scooter is not turning on and the seat box is not opening, it is
probable that your internal battery is low.
In this case you need to jump start your scooter using the provided jump start
kit. Beware that without the main battery connected the display of your
scooter won’t be on, be sure to try to open the seat box and insert the main
before using the Jump Start Kit.
Charge power bank
- Check if the power bank is charged by pressing the control button (1).
- Charge the power bank using the provided cable (A) in port (5).
- You can also use the power bank to charge other devices like your phone
Jump start your scooter
- Plug the cable (B) into the jump start port (6).
- Plug the other side into the scooter. The port is on the left side close to the rear wheel. To plug the jump start cable into the scooter you must place the white dot from the connector towards the scooter and try to find the correct position.
- To support you at night, you can turn the flashlight on/off by long pressing the control button (1).
- Turn your scooter on using the key fob.
- Insert a main battery, unplug the power bank and let the internal battery charge
Reminder: Do not leave the jump start kit attached to the scooter.
