Quick Start:
- Insert the supplied batteries as marked inside the battery compartment.
- Close the battery cover and tighten the screws.
- Connect the USB-RF-Dongle to the USB port of your host PC.
- Start using the mouse after automatic driver installation has completed.

As distributor of batteries, we have the following obligations under article
20 of directive 2006/66/EC:
- Batteries can be returned free of charge after use in shops selling batteries.
- End users are legally obliged to return used batteries.
- Manufacturers of batteries are required to mark batteries with symbol of the crossed-out wheeled bin before placing them on the market for the first time.
The manufacturer of batteries shall label batteries containing more than
0.0005 % by mass of mercury, more than 0.002 % by mass of cadmium or more than
0.004 % by mass of lead, before placing them on the market for the first time
with the chemical symbols of metals (Hg, Cd, Pb) in which the limit is
exceeded. The characters are to be applied below the symbol.
Electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) is marked with the symbol of the
crossed-out wheeled bin indicating the requirement not to dispose of waste
electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) as unsorted municipal waste and to
collect such WEEE separately.
Final users of WEEE from private households shall be able to return WEEE as
per EU country local regulations into established collection facilities free
of charge. Please consult your municipal waste department for detailed advice
on separate collection of WEEE.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
Usage of Medical protective gloves!****
– We recommend the use of nitrile gloves instead of latex gloves in the operation of our products! This reduces the risk of allergies and avoids yellowing of the product by abrasion of the latex.
How to determine the battery status?****
– 1) The low battery indicator LED is located at the bottom side next to the
optical sensor.
– 2) Press both mouse buttons at the same time to activate the low battery
indicator LED.
– 3) The LED will light in green to indicate a battery voltage > 2.2 V
– 4) The LED will light in red to indicate a battery voltage <= 2.2 V. Please
change batteries.
– 5) The mouse operation stops at a battery level of 2 V.
How to operate Wireless Mouse and Keyboard via the same USB-RF- Dongle?****
– 1) Both Wireless Mouse series AK-PMH21OS-F and any Active Key Wireless
Keyboard can operate via one and the same USB-RF-Dongle!
– 2) The feature is only supported with dongle-model “DON2” which is provided
with the AKPMH21OS-F series.
– 3) Please confirm the model-name of the dongle which is engraved on the
metal part of the dongle.
– 4) Disconnect the USB-RF-Dongle of the Wireless Keyboard from your host PC
and connect only the USB-RF-Dongle of the Wireless Mouse.
– 5) Use the key combination Fn & Esc to pair the Keyboard with the USB-RF-
Dongle of the Mouse.
How to pair a new USB-RF-Dongle with the mouse?****
– Note: This procedure is only required in case you received a new USB-RF-
Dongle as a spare part in case the dongle was lost or damaged!
– 1) Remove the batteries from the mouse, remove the dongle from the computer.
– 2) Connect the dongle with the computer.
– 3) Install the batteries to the mouse. Place the mouse as close as possible
to the dongle. Press the middle button (inside the battery compartment) for
one time and the battery indicator LED will flash for 3 seconds.
– 4) Test the mouse for function. If the pairing process was not successful,
please repeat the instructions from step 1). In case of problems please
contact our customer services.
Packaging Recycling Information:
The packaging material used with this product can be recycled and is identified as PAP-20 and LDPE-04. Please follow the rules of your local community on collection of packaging material.
