Put your rhythm to the test in Taiko Game mode — tap and swipe the top panel
in time with the lights an see who can set the highest score at the party.
Unleash your inner pop star
Keep everyone entertained — with two mic inputs, you and your guests can go
head-to head singing along to your favorite tunes. Add a rock and roll layer
by alternatively connecting a guitar to one of the inputs and using the system
as a guitar amp. Enjoy three modes — Clean for a clear sound, Overdrive for a
distorted guitar sound and Bass for your bass guitar
Be the DJ with Gesture Control
Put your own spin on the party in one simple move. Fun and intuitive gesture
control lets you take charge of all your party features, including DJ effects,
sampler, and Karaoke features. Flick left and right to skip tracks, and up or
down to manage the volume. Customizing your party has never been so fun.

Enjoy more powerful sound by connecting multiple home audio systems via
Bluetooth®. Connect up to 50 compatible home audio systems and synchronize the

The Sony | Music Center app lets you control music and sound settings straight

Plus the Fiestable app puts you in charge of turning the lighting on and off
and lets you activate DJ and karaoke modes. Make changes with a flick of your
wrist thanks to intuitive motion control.

Seamless streaming with NFC and BLUETOOTH®
Near Field Communication (NFC) and Bluetooth® technology remove the need for
wired connections and complex set-up sequences. Simply touch your NFC-enabled
device to the MHCV71 for a quick, seamless connection, then start streaming
your music collection. No NFC? No problem. Connect via Bluetooth® technology
and you’re ready to go.
Multi-device connection
You and your friends can pair up to three smartphones simultaneously using
BLUETOOTH® technology.
Enjoy high-quality Bluetooth® streaming with LDAC™
LDAC™ sends approximately three times more data (at the maximum transfer rate
of 990 kbps) than conventional Bluetooth® audio for a superior wireless
listening experience.
DSEE automatically restores detail to digital music
Boost the quality of your compressed music files. When an original music
source is compressed, it loses the high-frequency elements that add detail and
richness to your favorite tracks. The Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE)
faithfully restores these to produce high quality sound that’s closer to the
original CD recording.
Splashproof top panel
The MHC-V71’s top surface is splash proof, dustproof, and easy to clean, so
the party can keep going all night even if you spill a drink.
Tilt and roll for portability
Whenever you want to move the MHC-V71, just hold the convenient carry handle
and tilt it back.

Built-in CD player for your disc collection
Play classic albums or compilation discs with a built-in CD player. This Home
Audio system is compatible with CD, CD-R, and CD-RW discs, so you can enjoy
everything from studio recordings to mixtapes and downloaded tracks.
DJ effects let you put your own spin on tracks
Get the crowd going with DJ effects. Four different effects set the stage for
your party: Flanger creates a deep flanging effect similar to the roar of a
jet plane. WAH automatically moves the frequency of a filter up and down.
Isolator singles out the sound across speakers. You can use DJ effects with
the Fiestable app and gesture control, so getting creative with your playlists
has never been easier.
