Usage Instructions

To use the Hitachi Advanced Color Controller, follow these simple steps:

1. Press the ON/OFF button to turn on the AC
2. Use the Advanced Color Controller’s main screen to control the main temperature settings
3. Select GentleCool Comfort to ensure optimal comfort by limiting the temperature of conditioned air and preventing cold drafts
4. Select AutoBoost to automatically activate for 30 minutes every time the AC is turned on, helping the room reach the desired temperature faster
5. Use the Operation Schedule feature to schedule AC usage according to your needs, including holidays
6. Select Fan speed at thermo-off to reduce air circulation when cooling or heating is not effective
7. Activate, schedule, and check the history of indoor units’ FrostWashTM function
8. Use Individual 4-way cassette louvers to optimize air flow direction to each corner layout

airCloud Tap time-saving tip

Save your setting preferences inside the app to quickly apply them again later. A simple tap is all it takes to copy, paste and apply your saved settings. This is particularly useful for multiple zones with similar needs, e.g. hotel guestrooms, office meeting rooms, condominium units, etc. Users can specify all the settings for one zone, save them, then apply these settings to other zones in one tap.

Simple 4-step ‘Read & Write’ process

1. Activate the NFC function on the controller.
2. Open the airCloud Tap app and tap the controller with your phone to create a connection.
3. Edit the desired settings on your phone. You don’t need to be close to the controller while editing.
4. Tap the controller with your phone to write the new settings and apply them to the controller.
