Key instructions For first time to use

1.  Please check the battery power. If the battery power too low, the function will be unstable, please charge the Watch when you gotit.
2. Please remove the blue film on the headphone and charge it. After the watch is fully charged, You can gently press the touch area of the headphone. If the blue light on, the headphone charged normally.
3. Download the APP according to the instructions: “V BAND”, please follow the prompts to open the permissions of the APP. You can find the APP according to your phone model and set the corresponding permissions. It is recommended to open all the permissions of the APP t o ensure the normal use of all functions.
4. When you first time to use, please turn on the Bluetooth of the phone and use the “V BAND” APP to bind the watch, so that the phone and the watch can establish  communication and contact . Then select the “phone” mode on the watch, search for and manually connect the Bluetooth signal “T93_Audio” in the Bluetooth of the phone. So that the phone can play music, answer calls, voice assistant functions through the speaker of the watch.
5. The function of this watch more complicated, please read this manual carefully. If there is something you don’t understand, you can consult the company’s after-sales  service through EMAIL.

Notice

1. The service environment of the product (excessively high or low temperature, humid, rainy, diving or dusty environment), operation specifications, low battery, etc. may affect the normal use of the product, or even cause the damage t o it. Please use the product properly.
2. Please charge the product before first use, charging will take about 2 hours.
3. I n order to avoid the accidents, please use qualified accessories from formal manufacturers when charging.
4. Do not charge the product when it is wet or in wet conditions 5.When measuring, the sensor should be close to the skin and avoid moving.

4. Please use Restore Factory Defaults carefully. Restore Factory Defaults will result in the loss of APP content settings and watch history data.
5. If you do not use this smartwatch for a long time, please charge it at least once within three months

Function of the Button and Touch Control

Charge Description and Music Storage(U Disk)

1. After the magnetic cable is successfully connected, the watch will display a charging icon; the other end is connected toga standard USB interface, and the charging can be conducted.

Notes,
1.1 Do not charge in a humid, watery environment;
1.2 Please ensure there is no dirt or corrosion on the watch body and the metal contacts on the magnetic charging cable;
1.3 Please regularly clean the watch back and the metal contacts on the magnetic charging cable with a piece of clean flannelette;
1.4 This product is not equipped with a power adapter. In order to ensure the safety o f family and property, you can use a computer USB interface or choose a power adapter with an output not exceeding 5V/1A for charging. In order to avoid the bursting or fire, don’t buy or use low-quality and shoddy power adapters, please buy qualified power adapters through formal channels.
2.One end of the magnetic cable is connected to the watch, and the other end is connected to the computer USB interface. After the computer reads the U disk of the watch, the song is stored in MP3 format only.

Installation of APP

Scan the QR code or enter the APP Store or Mapp, search for “Viand” t o download and install the APP.

Note: Android supports 5.0 and above systems, ios supports systems above 8.0, and Bluetooth hardware above 4.0.

Connection of APP

1. Install and open the APP for the first time: Allow the APP to obtain the corresponding permissions by following the prompts. For iPhone, a bluetooth pairing request will be prompted for the first time to connect the APP. Tap “Pairing” to connect, and the watch can accept notifications and alerts such as incoming calls and text messages pushed by the IOS system.
2. Open the APP, tap “Add Device”, and search “T93” for connection. If there is more than one device nearby, when binding the device, select the MAC address of your  watch (composed of 12 letters and numbers) to bind. (Check the watch MAC address through the method of watch’s Settings-About- MAC address). If there is Bluetooth icon on the top of the watch or shows successful Bluetooth connection, it indicates that the watch and the mobile phone are successfully connected.
3. This product provides three Bluetooth signals, respectively are: “T93”/watch Bluetooth signal; “T93_Audio”/watch amplifier loudspeaker (watch speaker) signal;”T93-R”/watch Bluetooth earphone signal. Functions and methods of use are as follows: Click once the middle button of the watch to quickly enter the mode selection interface

3.1“Watch” mode: Watch amplifier loudspeaker (watch speaker) plays watch memory music.

3.2 “Phone” mode: For the first use, open the phone Bluetooth to search and successfully connect to “T93_Audio”. I t will be automatically connect to “T93_Audio” after the phone Bluetooth turned on In this mode. Also, You can use the watch to make and receive calls And the voice assistant function, the watch speaker to play and control the m ustic in the phone player.
3.2.1 Slide down the screen on playback interface to quickly enter the dialing interface.
3.2.2 Swipe up the screen on playback interface to quickly enter the voice assistant interface.
3.3 “Earphone” mode: In this mode, the watch can be understood as the charging compartment of the headset. Take out two Bluetooth headphone, the “L” side and “R” side headphone are flashes the blue Light. After the two-sided headphone automatically paired successfully the “L” side headphone flashes the blue light. In this time, indicating that the Bluetooth signal “T93-R” of the headphone released and can be connected. If the Bluetooth of the phone has turned on and the “T93-R” successfully connected, the headphone will play the music in the phone. If the “T93-R” is successfully connected using the watch’s Bluetooth, the headphone will play the music in the watch’s memory
3.3.1 Click “+”, the watch Bluetooth starts to search for Bluetooth signal.
3.3.2 Click “T93 -R”, after successful connection, the headphone can play the music in the watch’s memory.
3.3.3 Select the bluetooth signal of other headphones and use other headphones to play the music in the watch memory.

Use Instructions of APP

User registration: New users can register through the mobile phone number and email address. Registered users can record, save, and share the information content of the sports and health, while unregistered casual users cannot record and save relevant information.

1. Sports
   1.1 As for the Steps and Sleep, it is used to view the data recorded by the watch and the data synchronized to the mobile phone, and the data can be viewed according to the date.
   1.2 As for Heart rate, blood pressure, Blood oxygen, Body temp, tap “Start testing” and the watch will start to measure. Please wear the watch as per the user manuals when measuring. Select the icon in the upper right corner to view the recorded data.
   1.3 As for GPS Running, select the icon in the upper right corner to view the recorded data. Select “Target Setting”, tap “Start Training”, the watch will start t o work. The “Map Track” can be viewed in the upper right corner. If you want t o stop, long press “time out “stop” or “carry on”.

2. My watch
   2.1 Display the status of connected devices. “Unpair” can release the connection between the APP and the watch.
   2.2 Dial select -custom dial, you can choose “Digital dial” and “analog dial plate”. Whether to display the month, day, and week on the “Display Date” dial plate. The settings here only apply to customize dial plate. You can choose a customize background by taking a photo or a picture stored in a mobile phone album.
   2.3 Message reminder: Used for the synchronous display of messages from the mobile APP on the watch. It is recommended t o open the call reminder function.
   2.4 Alarm clock: Set the alarm clock function.
   2.5 Remote camera: shake the watch or tap the camera icon on the watch t o control the camera function of the phone
   2.6 Other settings:
   2.6.1 24-hour system: the time of the custom dial plate or the system’s own dial plate is displayed in 12-hour or 24-hour system.
   2.6.2 Unit setting: Set the unit of Distance / Weight / height / Temperature
   2.6.3 Find a bracelet: the watch will vibrate when using this function.
   2.6.4 Do Not Disturb(DND): Set the time period of DND mode.
   During the time period when it is turned on, the watch can only receive but not display the push content allowed by the message push function.
   2.6.5 Sedentary reminder: within a set time period, the watch will send out a sedentary reminder by vibrating.
   2.6.6 Drink water reminder: The watch can be set to vibrate to remind you to drink water within a time period.
   2.6.7 Heart rate settings: Interval time can be set to measure the heart rate regularly.
   2.6.8 Body temp setting: Set the time for temperature detection
   2.6.9 Raise your screen: When this function is turned on, the watch screen will light up when you raise your hand.
   2.6.10 Sync contacts: You can select the contacts in the phone contacts and synchronize them t o the watch contacts (limited to 1000 entries) . You can select a single contact or all contacts in the phone contacts.
   2.6.11 Reset: Resume the watch to the default setting, and all the data in the watch will be deleted. The APP and the watch need to be reconnected and bound.

3. find
   3.1 Personal information: used to set user data. Accurate personal data input is helpful for APP t o analyze with monitoring data.
   3.2 Target Steps: used to set the daily target number of steps.

Function introduction

Call function: You can use the watch to dial and make outgoing calls.
Note: This function must be applied in the “Phone” mode, and when the watch is successfully connected to the mobile phone APP, and the Bluetooth connection of “T93_Audio” is successful.
Call records: you can view the incoming and outgoing calls.
Contact information needs to be imported into the address book information in the mobile phone through the APP
Voice control: Tap the voice icon to wake up the phone voice assistant.
Note: This function must be applied In the “Phone” mode, and when the watch is successfully connected to the mobile phone APP, and the Bluetooth connection of “T93_Audio” Is successful.

Recording: Tap on the red heart to start recording, and tap again to stop recording. Swipe the screen to the left to view and play the recording.

Sleep: Log in to the APP to view, display the daily, weekly, and monthly sleep data in the form of charts, and calculate the daily sleep quality and sleep duration, and you can also query history records.
Note: The sleep data starts to detect sleep from 9pm.

Weather: The watch has successfully connected with the APP of the mobile phone. The watch will regularly synchronize the weather data of the server through network data in the background of the mobile phone. This function cannot be set manually.

Brief Function Introduction of TWS Ear Phone

1. Earphone pairing
   1.1 Earphone pairing: take the earphones out of the watch host and there will be a power-on prompt, open the Bluetooth in the phone settings and find corresponding Bluetooth name T93-121t93-L for Bluetooth connection. The TWS earphones have been paired before leaving the factory
   Only the Bluetooth name T93-ft1t93-L is displayed. If you see “Connected” in the phone, it means that the product has been successfully connected.
   1.2 Take out the earphones from the watch host, it will automatically power on and automatically be paired and connected.
   1.3 If the earphone Is disconnected from the phone while in service or the earphone is disconnected, the phone needs to be reconnected to Bluetooth. In the Bluetooth under the phone settings, there are previously connected Bluetooth models, please clear them first, and then search for Bluetooth T93.1M93-1. to connect.
   1.4 Earphone pair connection: If there is only one-side earphone with sound, then you need to connect the earphones in pair.

2. Operation method of pairing between earphones:
   2.1 First, long press both earphones for 6 seconds to turn them off.
   2.2 Long press both earphones at the same time to turn on. When turning on, press the two earphones 6 times at the same time when the lights of the two earphones are flashing alternately. After pressing 6 times, the two earphones will automatically turn off at the same time.
   2.3 Turn on the two earphones at the same time, and only one of them will light up after turning on, which means the earphone pairing is successful.

3. The middle surface of the headset Is a touch surface, which Is used to touch control of answer/hang up calls, control the previous and next music, volume up and down, and Al voice assistant.

4. Answer/hang up the call When the earphone is in the base of the watch and there is an incoming call, it will be automatically connected when it is taken out of the watch. When the earphone is in the watch for a long time, the incoming call needs to be answered manually. Tap the button to answer the call, then tap the button again to hang up. Put the earphones back into your watch during a call, and the earphones will be turned off. If the caller does not hang up the call, it will automatically switch to the mobile phone to answer the call.

5. Play music Single click is pause/play, double click is previous/next song, triple click is volume +/-.

6. Ai voice assistant and making phone calls When the earphone is connected to the Bluetooth, Long press the touch key for 4 times to wake up the iPhone Siri function and Android voice assistant, which can be used to make phone calls, check the weather, navigate the map and other functions. The phone must be in the lock screen interface or the home screen of time to wake up the voice assistant effectively.

Troubleshooting

1. =APP cannot be connected or some functions are unstable
   1.1 The battery level of the watch may be too low and needs to be charged.
   1.2 Check whether certain functions are in the corresponding
   watch mode. Please refer to Section 5 -APP Connection -Article 3 of this Manual for details.
   1.3 Whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on.
   1.4 Whether the APP permissions are open in the phone settings.
   1.5 Rule out the possibility that other people may connect to the watch by mistake or that the watch is connected by other mobile phones when multiple devices are nearby. (At this point, you should delete the device from another mobile phone that is bound to it. If you are using an iPhone, you need to find the device name in the Bluetooth of the phone and tap Ignore The Device.)
   1.6 The phone is connected to, or was connected to, too many Bluetooth devices. It is recommended that no more than 10 devices are currently connected or have been connected to the Bluetooth of the mobile phone.
   1.7 The distance between the phone and the watch is too long or there is an obstacle between the two.
   1.8 App permissions in the mobile phone, such as storage, call, location information, camera, etc. are turned on. (Because there are too many mobile phone brands, the questions prompted during APP installation and the method of setting APP permissions on the mobile phone will be different. By default, you just need to agree to open the corresponding permissions by following the installation prompts of the APP. If the operation is wrong or the function of the APP is blocked due to the permission problem, the user should set the corresponding permission of the APP according to his/her mobile phone brand.) ”
   1.9 The APP or watch version needs to be upgraded.

2. .Functions such as message, weather and time cannot be set or modified, or cannot be pushed
   2.1 The battery level of the watch may be too low and needs to be charged.
   2.2 Open and select the corresponding functions of the message reminder and weather push in the APP.
   2.3 Open the message push function in the APP settings.
   2.4 Check whether the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on and whether the mobile phone and the watch are properly connected.
   2. 5 Weather data is regularly updated by the APP in the background of the phone via the server, and then synchronized to the watch. Please confirm that the network connection is normal. The weather data provided by the server may be different from that of other platforms.
   2.6 The update and upgrade of the data server may cause problems in data synchronization. Please wait patiently for the completion of the upgrade according to the announcement on the APP.
   2.7 The APP mainly records and stores data, and some functions cannot be operated or modified.
   2.8 The time on the watch is synchronized after connecting to the phone and cannot be changed.

3. Slow response of watch
   3.1 The battery level of the watch may be too low and needs to be charged.
   3.2 Excessive memory usage. Please restart your phone and watch and reconnect.
   3.3 Poor surrounding environment , such as high and low temperature and humidity, please change the service environment.’

4. Incoming calls cannot be synchronized to the watch
   4.1 Whether the call reminder function in the message push function in APP is open.
   4.2 Check whether the connection between the watch and the phone is successful.
   4.3 Please follow the instructions in Section 5 -APP Connection – Article 3 of this Manual, and set the mode as the Mobile Phone Music mode.
