Before using this unit, please read this manual.
Components and functions
Safety precautions
- During the working period, the surface temperature will rise. The area/surface marked with “high temperature surface” symbol will become hot during the working process. Please pay attention to it to avoid scalding.
- This product is not intended to be used by people (including children) with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or lack of experience and knowledge in using it, unless they are supervised or directed in relation to the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Make sure to prevent children from playing with this product.
- All packaging materials must be removed before use, otherwise the product might cause fire and burn during the working process.
- Please ensure that the grounding wire is well grounded before using the appliance.
- Make sure you plug the power cord to a properly grounded socket.
- It is strictly prohibited to use the appliance for cooking food in any other way than by steaming and baking.
- Wet hands are strictly prohibited when plugging or unplugging the power plug to avoid electric shock.
- Please operate the appliance on a horizontal and firm surface. Do not operate on carpets, towels, plastic, paper and other flammable materials.
- Do not put this appliance on an unstable, wet, high-temperature, smooth table surface without a heat resistant layer to avoid electric shock, fire, falling off or other injury accidents and property losses.
- Do not use in an environment with gas leakage and electric leakage, otherwise it might cause fire and electric shock.
- Do not use the appliance under or near combustible materials such as curtains and closets to prevent fire.
- Do not allow the appliance to work unattended, in case of burnt ingredients cause a fire.
- When the appliance is used, enough space should be left around and a space of at least 10 cm should be kept from surrounding objects to prevent cooking fumes from contaminating furniture and even causing fire.
- Ensure that the power cord does not come in contact with sharp edges, rough edges, other sharp objects or objects with high surface heat to prevent leakage of electricity and electric shock or fire.
- During the working period, do not touch the high-temperature surface and interior of the appliance to avoid scalding.
- The appliance shall not be heated empty for a long time (without any ingredients) to prevent spontaneous combustion and other injuries and property losses. Do not use for more than 3 hours continuously.
- It is strictly prohibited to put any paper, plastic and other flammable materials in the appliance when using it to avoid fire hazards.
- Do not place glassware, closed containers and other explosives in the appliance for heating to avoid explosion risks.
- Make sure that the food does not touch the inside wall during use. Please do not bake extra-large food items, otherwise it will lead to smoke and fire.
- When baking acidic ingredients with pH lower than 5 (e.g. vinegar or lemon juice), be sure to wrap them in a foil.
- The appliance will produce high temperature and steam during the working process. Do not touch with your hands or bring your face up close. Be especially careful when turning on the electric oven. There may be hot steam from the fryer, so please be careful to avoid scalding.
- When pulling out the plug, please hold the plug itself and pull it out. Do not yank or twist the power cord to prevent damage of the power cord and the risk of electric leakage.
- Please use high temperature insulating items to take out high temperature food to avoid scalding.
- After each use, the hot pot, frying and baking pan should be cleaned, in order to prevent the residual powder, oil stains and so on from smoking or causing fire during the next use.
- In case of failure of this product, please be sure to unplug the power plug to prevent damage caused by electric leakage or accidents.
- If the power cord is damaged, send it to the G21 service center for repair.
- Except for frying pans, the hot pot body and baking pan, the main machine is not allowed to be washed or soaked in water or other liquid. Do not spray water on it to avoid damaging the components or leakage of electricity.
- If the product breaks down or is damaged, please stop using it and send it to the G21 service center for repair. Do not repair by yourself to avoid danger.
- When discarding this product, please cut off the power cord and send it to the competent department for recycling and discarding.
- Do not use corrosive cleaners or sharp metal utensils to clean the glass lid. Do not scratch the glass or knock the edge of the glass, so as not to damage the surface of the glass or cause the glass to break.
Useful tips
- Before the first use, clean the cooking surfaces with detergent. After cleaning and drying put them into the appliance and pre-heat for 10 minutes.
- It is normal to have a small amount of smoke or a slight odor at the beginning of use
- Please use only the original accessories of this product.

- [Start/Cancel] key: used for start and cancel functions (in case of water shortage alarm during work, press this key to cancel the alarm and continue working).
- Temperature [+], [-] keys: used to adjust the working temperature.
- Time [+], [-] key: used to adjust the work or preset time.
- [Preset] key: delayed start setting.
- [Menu] key: used to select functions or menu.
Preparation before first use
- Remove all packaging materials.
- Take out the fryer and remove bubble wrap from the grill.
- Clean the fryer and grill with warm water, wipe the sides and bottom of the electric oven with a damp cloth soaked in detergent and use it is after completely dry.
- Place the electric oven on a smooth surface.
- Enough space should be reserved around the electric oven to ensure that the distance between the surface and other articles is at least 10cm and no articles can be placed at the outlet.
Note: For the first time, the electric oven should be pre-heated for 5
minutes with the function of “Air fry” to remove residual cooking fumes.
For the first time when you use it, you may smell a peculiar smell, which is a
normal phenomenon, not a failure of the electric oven.
Instructions for use
- Place the food on the grid.
- Properly place the food on the grid according to the height of food and make sure that the food does not exceed the height of the fryer.
- Place the grid in the fryer and place it in the electric oven. Set the heat to the desired temperature according to the recipe or personal preference.
- When using the “Steam” or “Steam Roast” function and “Chicken” or “Rice” menu, you need to add enough pure water into the water tank.
Note: Ensure that the water tank is fully inserted into the product
during assembly to ensure normal pumpin.
Steps for use
- Briefly press the “Function” button to select the desired function/menu. The selected function/menu lamp lights up during the switching process.
- Determine how long it will take to cook the ingredients. Briefly press the „Time +“ and„Time -“ buttons to enter the time adjustment mode and adjust the time. Long press to quickly add or subtract time. 1 minute/press in the range of 1-30 minutes; o 2 minutes/press in the range of 30-60 minutes (maximum time setting range: 1-60 minutes).
- Confirm the temperature required to cook the ingredients. Briefly press the „temperature +“ and „temperature -“ buttons to enter the temperature adjustment mode and adjust the temperature. You can quickly add or subtract the temperature by long pressing. Air Fry setting range: 30-200 °C, Steam Fry: 100-200 °C, steam: 80-110 °C (to ensure the effect of correct and even cooking, the cooking temperature has been fixed internally for the functions for French Fry:170-190°C, Chicken: 180-200°C, Rice: the temperature is not adjustable, but the time can be set to a limited extent).
- After determining the temperature and time required to cook the ingredients, tap the “Start/Cancel” key on the control panel. The remaining working time will be displayed by default after starting work.
- When hearing the “ticking” prompt sound and “End” is displayed on the screen, this indicates the set cooking has been completed. At this time, take out the grid from the product and place it on a heat-resistant table to enjoy the food.
Note: When the cover is opened in the working process, an “E11” alarm will be displayed, accompanied by an alarm sound. The alarm indicates that the cover is currently open at work and the work will be suspended. Close the cover or cancel the work to turn off the alarm.
Preset function/Delayed start setting
- Select the desired cooking menu and adjust the desired temperature and time according to the instructions in the previous paragraph.
- Press the „Pre-set“ button and adjust the desired delayed start time. (By default it is 6 hours, press the „Time +“ and „Time -“ buttons to adjust the preset time with a selection range of 0,5-24 hours).
- Press the „Start/Cancel“ button to switch to the preset cooking mode. The preset time displayed is the cooking end time. „End“ on the display means that the cooking of the ingredients is complete.
Rice function
Pour the rice into a ceramic or stainless steel container and add the
appropriate amount of water. Select the „Rice“ function from the menu. When
cooking is completed, the appliance automatically switches to the heat storage
state. „BXX“ appears on the display. „B“ indicates heat retention and „XX“
shows the current heat retention time minutes) – the maximum heat retention
time is 60 minutes.
Water shortage/open the lid
- The product cannot work normally when the lid is open and the display screen will prompt the E11 alarm, accompanied by a “ticking” alarm sound.
- When using the “Steam” or “Steam Fry” function and the menu of “Chicken” or “Rice”, a certain amount of pure water should be added to the water tank. When the water in the water tank of the product is insufficient, the display screen will display the E12 alarm, accompanied by the „tinkling“ alarm sound.
Tips
- Use only heat-resistant utensils to place food in the fryer.
- Cooking time can be adjusted according to personal preference. We recommend checking the food during cooking so that it does not burn.
- To improve the effect of grilling and baking, we recommend preheating the device for 5-10 minutes before using it.
- To prevent injury, do not touch the appliance during cooking.
- Before starting cooking, make sure that the appliance is placed on a firm and stable surface.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Before cleaning the electric oven, unplug the appliance and wait until the product is completely cooled.
- If the body wall of the electric oven is greasy, wipe it with a soft wet cloth soaked in neutral detergent.
- Clean all accessories, including container and grid with a neutral detergent.
- Do not wash the whole product in water or other liquid to avoid electric shock hazards or functional failure.
- After cleaning, store the product in a cool and dry place after drying.

alarm in the working process is a reminder that the cover is open, which is a
normal phenomenon and closing the cover can cancel the alarm.

water tank.
The water tank is not plugged in tightly.| Insert the water tank into the
machine completely until tightly buckled.

- If the problem cannot be resolved, do not disassemble the machine, please send it to the G21 authorized service department for maintenance.
