Before you proceed with fitting your Vidalux bath please read and understand the following:

By commencing testing and installation of the unit you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out by us: copies of which are available by contacting us by by email or by telephone (details on the cover of this manual). You are required to ensure the purchased product dimensions allows for ease of passage to the intended installation area.

Regarding weight tolerances of installation area, it is advisable to contact a builder or refer to

Building regulations to ensure the product placement area has suffi cient joist/fl oor support.

1. It is important that you ensure that your purchase has been delivered undamaged. You are required to check the contents and report any damage that you feel needs repairing or replacing within 48hrs of receipt of goods. Items reported damaged after this time WILL be chargeable.
2.  The product you have purchased is designed for home DIY fi tting. You are only required under the Terms and Conditions to get any electrics feeding the shower installed by a qualifi ed specialist. The product requires connection to electricity and this by law requires a Part P qualifi ed electrician. Failure to provide evidence of this will void the relating product warranty
3. We are a supply only company. If you report to us any damage we will send replacements or solutions to remedy the problem described. We endeavor to fully understand the problem first by asking a series of questions and then propose the solution. We may even ask for digital images to be sent via email to assist the process. The warranty is parts only and does NOT include fitting/inconvenience or other related costs.
4. You are required to ensure that you correctly water test any bath tub before fitting and ensure that you/ your fi tter fully tests the unit upon completion and attends to any leaks and faults before he leaves.
5. All hoses, such as to the valve assembly, shower outputs and air switches and waste are fi tted for transport purposes and need to be properly sealed and tightened before use. During transportation some connections can become dislodged and therefore break any watertight seal, you are required to ensure that your fitter specifically tests for these possible occurrences and seal/fi x a ccordingly.
6. Do not book fi ttJOH until you have inspected the unit. We cannot be held responsible for delays and costs incurred by having to return to fi t parts that need supplying.
7. We cannot be held liable for inconvenience caused due to lack of bathing facilities caused by any delay in receiving your product or whilst awaiting parts.
8. Regarding our sales and technical support: We know our products and their requirements, but we are not qualifi ed plumbers or electricians and accept no liability for claims suggesting the same. You are advised to check the suitability of the product with a professional body. It is the customer responsibility to ensure the product is fit for purpose.
9.  A ‘Completion Certificate’ is included at the end of the manual where you should record the details of your installers – you will need this to record your warranty on our website. You MUST register the product warranty within 90 days following delivery

ATTENTION
ALWAYS FIT EASY TO GET TO ISOLATION TAPS ON BOTH THE HOT AND COLD WATER SUPPLY (NOT SUPPLIED). JUST LIKE A DISHWASHER OR WASHING MACHINE, THIS PRODUCT MUST BE ISOLATED WHEN NOT IN USE.

REMEMBER:
These baths are designed to be free standing and movable from their location should you have the need to replace anything. ALWAYS USE Flexible braided water inlet pipes (not supplied) at least a metre long (not central heating plastic type!) Always use a flexible waste pipe from your house supply to the bath . NEVER FIX with rigid pipes, NEVER FIX the unit to the wall.

Before you begin

Assembly requires two persons.

Tools needed to assemble this shower cabin:
Electric screwdriver with a selection of heads, regular screwdrivers, pipe grips, spanners, spirit level, sharp knife and rubber mallet. Connection of the electrical supply and plumbing may require additional tools.

Do not fully tighten any screw fixings initially during build as this allows the frame to move a little and aid location of all holes and screws; remember to fully tighten before completion and subsequent use. There is a drill bit supplied with the kit, to allow either widening of holes or drilling new holes which you feel cannot be located during construction.

Water requirements
This shower requires two water supplies (1 x hot and 1 x cold) tested to be between 1 and 3 bar, withaflow rate over 7.5 litres per minute.

NOTE : We recommend water pressures over 2 bar to achieve optimum showering results.

Gravity Fed systems
If you have a Gravity fed system, then fitting a Shower Pump will almost certainly be required. Fitting a Shower pump rated over 1.5 bar is necessary as a minimum. Shower pumps MUST be properly sited, installed and commissioned. Incorrectly installed shower pumps will cause adverse affects to your showering and bathing resulting in pulsing or starting and stopping of the pump. If a pump is installed, a separate Mains Cold supply must be fitted and directed to supply the Steam Generator separately (bypassing the pump).

Isolating Valves
You MUST fit isolation valves to the shower unit on both hot and cold incoming feeds as it enables you to turn off the water supply to the shower when not in use (for example going away on holiday). Additionally isolating valves makes service checks easier than locating the house stop cock.

Electric Installation

2. Leakage protection switch must be amounted in the bathtub power supply, the power supply circuit must be fixed and well grounded. The section area of wire must not less than 2.5mm2 and electric circuit must tally with national safety requirements which must be earth connection at earthing mark on the steel frame of bathtub(leakage protection switch will be connected by users)

Users just need to connect the externalcold & hot water hose to the responding pipe joint. Pipe joint should be amount at the hidden position behind bathtub
B .Water drainage

Connect suitable drain by 3/2 joint. Shown in the right fig.

Installation

Put the tub at right place, adjust the feet and tighten the screws.

Operation instruction and direction

1. Power ON ‘OFF switch Push down the switch, the controller is open, its status light is on„9nd other function can be used only when power is ON.
2. Bottom light ON OFF button Push down the button, the light is on: repeat the operation, the light is off.
3. water pump ON /OFF button Push down the button, the water pump is on: repeat the operation, the water pump is off.
4. wind pump on. off button Push down the button, the wind pump is on: repeat the operation, the wind pump is off. 5)030zone sterilization button Push down the button, Ozone sterilization is on: Repeat the operation , 03 will be stopped in 15 minutes when 03 is switch .
5. Thermostatic heating when the water pump is open, you can push down the button Then the Heater starts to run normally. when it is pressed on long time, you can press + — to set the water temperature . The temperature setting range is: 30 to 50 “C. Temperature display window will flash when the temperature is set, And will display current water temperature in few seconds.
6. FM RadiablUe tooth ON/OFF von +— Volume adjusting minus and Volume adjusting plus button.

They can turn the radio step by step when they are pressed on short time. They can search the station when they are pressed on long time, it can select memory channel . Touch the key 7, again , the blue tooth is on . Open the Blue tooth function of the controller, then search for Blue tooth devices through devices such as mobile phone00: 1 F:81:88:88:9E, or home music, which will prompt you to enter password, the universal code is:000000, if the devices such as mobile phone can’t connect to Blue tooth of the controller, please restart your mobile phone and the controller.

Notice: Do not open the water pump When there is not enough water.

Run environment

Note

1. Please read the instruction carefully before install bath tub, so that youkan do it effectively .
2. User should pay attention to the high-voltage on products which marked signs, Don’ t touch their locations, ensure Personal safety;
3. Don’t expose the controller to the moist or hot environment to prevent fire or electric shock. Please towel the controller after using it.
4. Please keep water clean, no solid debris left .Otherwise, it will jam the backwater and the pipeline, resulting in damaging equipment or fittings. If jam happened, please turn off the power to clean debris immediately, then restart it.
5. Please do not pull any output lines, beat or throw the equipment at random , Otherwise crusts or inner parts would be broken.
6. Don’t open the cover of the controller for there are dangerous parts in allowed for maintenance. it .Only qualified servicemen are allowed to maintenance.
7. The used power supply must be in line with the specified voltage value shown on the controller , otherwise it is not allowed to be used even bums out the controller burns out the controller.
8. The intervals of continuous power on and off must be over 30s for extending the use life of the controller.
9. Please do not plug or pull the control panel with electricity, otherwise the devices will be damaged or abnormal conditions will appear. At that moment ,turn off the power in seconds, restart it.
10. 10. Please insert fittings(such as: light, speaker, valve ozone sterilization, water pump, wind pump, steam generator ,etc.) Into corresponding output ports of equipment correctly, otherwise it world damage and cause danger order to cause danger.
11. when the 03 is on, Other key will be no action except for the power key. you can open other functions after restarting the controller, during the operation,03 doesn’t run.
12. When water sensor is in the state of water scaring or does’ t reach the standard level ,It’ prohibited-to open water pump, wind pump or Heater.(i f the product can detecting water level.)

Solutions of basic problem

Q: Why do water pump, wind pump or thermostat heating not run?

A: Please check whether there is any equipment with water level ,if so, lease check whether the water sensorconnect water is well ,if not, lease stop using it,then you can contact with my company staff.

Q: Press lights, ozone, speakers, fan, air-conditioning and other |functions,but why don’t they start to run?

‘A: check whether the plug-in terminals connect each other well ; ‘iflightsand ozone sterilization still fails to run, please turn on the ‘use and ensure it has blew out, pis contact with my company staff.

A: Please open the FM radio, check whether the volume button on the panel has been Increased . Ifnot ,youcanontact with my company staff. Reference to the following reasons: Speaker’s terminal connection badly; Internal chips had burned out;t he corresponding Fes is open; the Speaker is broken

Q: If there is little FM radio program received or sound effect is bad, why is that?

A: Please check the location of the antenna, release antenna or to iauovelk to another appropriate location

Cleaning & Maintaining

1. Cleaning with liquid scour and soft cloth. Caution: acetone, ammonia, carbine, formyl, formaldehydes are forbidden
2. 1f there are some scratche on the surface, polish them with 2000# sandpaper, then plaster some toothpaste and use soft cloth to keep the whirlpool shining.
3. Exterior furring can be removed by acid scour and soft cloth, you’d better use hot citricacid vinegar to clean,
4. 1f you find the overflow and drain are blocked by dirties, screw it off and clean,
5. Goldand chrome finished accessories don’t need much wiping.
6. Don’t clean the bathtub with rough tools or detergent with chemicals solvents
7. When you finish using the bathtub, drain and power off
8. Don’t hammer and carve the bathtub with blunt object or som ething very sharp.
9. Filling the whirlpool fully with 40°C warm water for whole whirlpool clean, mixed with 2g scour and start the massage power for 5 minutes, switch and drain, then filling cold water fully and start the massage power for about 3 minutes, drain and whirlpool clean finished.

Safety Guide

1. Whirlpool should be installed by professional worker, otherwise we would not be responsible for it
2. Electrical source parameter should in accordance with national standard such as including leakage protection switch. Pay attention to the switch, the electric outlet and the electric wire are all waterproof.
3. Don’t use too hot water, and obey the rules: cold water first, hot water next. Don’t power on unlessthe water cover the jets.
4. 220V is the standard udtage for the bathtub. Don’t power on if the voltage is 235V or 190V.
5. Make sure power off after using the bathtub.
