ZLINE 2023 SPIFF PROGRAM
Product Information
The 2023 SPIFF program is a sales incentive program for select kitchen appliances, including induction ranges, free-standing ranges, induction cooktops, ridgetops, drop-in cooktops, refrigerators, wall ovens, microwaves, stainless range hoods, and dishwashers. The program offers cash rewards ranging from $20 to $150 for eligible products.
Auto-graph is a product line of kitchen appliances that are eligible for the 2023 SPIFF program. The line includes free-standing refrigeration units and built-in refrigeration units.
Product Usage Instructions
To participate in the 2023 SPIFF program and receive cash
rewards, follow these steps:

Purchase an eligible Auto-graph kitchen appliance from a
participating retailer -
Submit a claim form and proof of purchase to the SPIFF program
administrator -
Receive cash reward via check or electronic payment
For specific usage instructions for each product, refer to the individual product’s user manual or instructions included with the appliance. These guidelines may include installation instructions, recommended cleaning methods, and safety precautions.
It is important to read and follow all instructions and guidelines provided with your Auto-graph appliance to ensure safe and effective usage. Failure to do so may result in damage to the product or injury. If you have any questions or concerns about using your Auto-graph appliance, contact the manufacturer or a qualified service technician.
PROGRAM GUIDELINES
- In order to be eligible for the SPIFF program, vendors must display ZLINE products.
- The SPIFF Program is only allowed for Sales Associates, Business Owners will not be eligible.
- Claims must be submitted to the following link.
- The following information is required in order to process SPIFFs:
- ZLINE Reference Number (Ex. #ZLD00000)
- Check Recipient Name
- Check Recipient Email
- Check Recipient Address for physical check
- Product with SKU
- SPIFFs will be issued after the 30-day window for returns has closed. (I.e. if a product is sold in January, the spiff will be paid in March).
- The total monthly SPIFF balance must be at least $25 to be processed.
- SPIFFS MUST be submitted no more than 30 days after the purchase date.
- To qualify for the SPIFF program the vendor must possess a valid resale certificate.
- No SPIFF will be paid for display items sold by a dealer.
- Accessories are not eligible for SPIFFs.
- All SPIFF submissions are subject to review, and any that do not meet the guidelines communicated will not be paid.
- The SPIFF program is subject to change without notice.
