Product Information: MANGOFISK Wok

The MANGOFISK Wok is a cooking pan made of durable materials, designed to withstand high temperatures and provide even heat distribution. It comes with a glass lid that has a handle for easy handling.

This wok is suitable for various cooking methods, including stir-frying, sautéing, and deep-frying. It can be used on gas, electric, and induction stovetops.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the wok for the first time, wash it with warm soapy water and dry it thoroughly.
  2. Place the wok on the stovetop and turn the heat to high.
  3. When the wok is hot, add oil and swirl it around to coat the surface.
  4. Add your desired ingredients and cook according to your recipe’s instructions.
  5. If using the glass lid, make sure the handle is securely tightened with a screwdriver. Do not overtighten, as it may cause the glass to break.
  6. After use, let the wok cool down before washing it with warm soapy water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or steel wool.
  7. Store the wok in a dry and well-ventilated place to prevent rusting.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines when using the MANGOFISK Wok. Keep it away from children and pets while it’s hot. Use oven mitts or pot holders when handling the wok or lid.

Important

This wok is provided with a glass lid. There is a handle on the lid. If the handle feels loose, tighten the screws with a screwdriver. Do not screw on too tightly, because then the glass may break.

Cleaning

  • Before using this product for the first time, wash it by hand and dry carefully.
  • Always wash the product by hand after use.
  • Do not use steel wool or anything that may scratch the coating. Dishwasher detergent can affect the surface.
  • The base is slightly concave when cold, but expands to flatten out when heated. Always leave the cookware to cool before cleaning it. This allows the base to resume its shape and helps to prevent it from becoming uneven with use.

Good to know

  • This cookware is suitable for use on all types of hobs.
  • By placing the cookware on a hob with the same or a smaller diameter you can save energy.
  • Always lift the cookware when moving it on a glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk of scratching the hob.
  • The cookware is provided with non-stick coating, which means you can cook food without or with a small amount of fat or oil.
  • Do not let the cookware boil dry since the base can become skew by overheating and the coating can lose its non-stick properties.
  • Use only wooden or plastic utensils without sharp edges.
  • Bear in mind that the cookware gets hot during use. Always handle with pot-holders.
  • The handle can be damaged by the flame when the cookware is used on a gas hob.
  • If the handle feels loose, tighten the screws with a screwdriver.
