How to connect:

Step 1: Please make sure that the keyboard and mouse are fully charged.
Step 2: Slide the power switches separately to turn on the keyboard and mouse.
Step 3: Take out the 2.4GHz USB receiver and plug ii into an USB port of the computer. (The Type-C device interface requires a USB C-B adapter.)
Step 4: Than it will automatically connect.

Indicator Light:

1. Num Lock indicator
   The Num Lock indicator will turn green when Num Lock is activated.

2. Caps Lock indicator
   The Caps Lock indicator will tum green when Caps Lock is activated.

3. Power indicator
   Red light is on when charging, red light is off when full. Low battery warning: the light flashes slowlyfor5 seconds (one flash per second).

1. Power supply instructions: Switch the power to the ON position, the power indicator light is green, indicating successful start-up.
2. lf the power indicator keeps flashing green light during use, it means that the battery is low and needs lo be charged.
3. Please charge the keyboard with the TYPE-C interface data cable. When charging, the power indicator light is constant red, which means it is charging, and the indicator light goes out when it is fully charged!

Keyboard connection method: Take out the USB receiver and plug it into the computer’s USB port to connect it.

Mouse Instruction:

1. Do not put this optical mouse on the mirror>glass or uneven surface, which will seriously affect the function of the mouse.
2. Please keep this wireless Mouse away from sources of strong interference, such as: household microwave ovens and so on.
3. Please clean the Mouse with small amount of anhydrous alcohol by wiping when there Is dirt, do not put the Mouse fully into liquid.

Q1: How to use the keyboard and mouse?

A1: The keyboard and mouse share one USB Receiver together.
Just plug the USB receiver into your computer, no driver needed. You can use it within a distance of 10 meters, Going through the wall maybe impacted.

A2: The device supports Windows/Mac/1OS, but the F1 to F12
multimedia function keys may not be supported iOS.

Troubleshooting

Unable ta connectivity
First, please fully charge the keyboard and mouse, unplug the receiver, restart the computer, and re-plug the receiver. If it can’t be connected, please perform the following actions to fix it.

1. Keyboard can not be connected
   Plug the 2.4GHz USB receiver into the computer.
   Switch on the keyboard, press the 8 + 0 Put the keyboard at 1 o cm from the receiver for pairing. For more
   than 2-3 s. when the Light Is off, the keyboard pairing succeeds.

2. Mouse can not be connected
   Plug the receiver into the computer and tum on the mouse. Put the mouse at 10 cm from the receiver for pairing. Press the right button & scroll wheel together for more than 2-3 s, ifs successful.

Keyboard typing delayed/not working

1. Make sure there is no 2.4GHz device (e.g. router) nearby to interfere with the connection.
2. Make sure the keyboard and mouse fully charged.
3. Make sure there is no full metal case that may block the signal.
4. The computer is running too many tasks and the CPU memory is full to handle the signal from the receiving end.

Mouse not working/ Cursor lagging

1. Please check the mouse’s battery, low battery status will cause the cursor delay. At this time, you can charge tha mouse for 2 hours and use it again.
2. Adjustor the appropriate DPI parameters. (The mouse has three levels of DPI adjustable)
3. If the wired mouse is connected to your computer at the same time, please unplug the power cord, otherwise it may lead toe conflict of operational driver factors.
4. Make sure your mouse is not used on materials with good light transmission media such as glass. (Mouse using diode positioning, glass and other materials will lead to inaccurate positioning group and delay)

Shortcut keys not working

Unplug the USB receiver and plug ii back in.

Keyboard and mouse not charging

1. Please confirm the charging status of the keyboard and mouse, charge it for 60 minutes and turn it on to see if the indicator light can blink normally:
   Stable red light- charging Light off-fully charged
   Flashing light- keyboard battery power low

2. Please try another charging cable to check if it can be charged normally.
