Zhejiang Qiangnao Technology ZS11 USB-C Charging Cable
Charging
Use the USB-C charging cable to charge the device. The indicator light will be
green when the device is fully charged.
Charging precautions
- For safe charging, please use the USB cable attached with the product and use a standard 5V charger for charging. Keep dry while charging.
- Please charge at a temperature between 0°C and 45°C.
- If the temperature of the product rises while charging, disconnect the charger immediately and contact customer service

Replacing the headband
Removal : Hold one of the front sides of the device and gently break the
soft headband outwards by the other side. Hold the main unit module from the
side and remove it.
Installation : Hold the main unit module squarely close to the headband cavity and automatically attach it (make sure the headband is oriented in the same direction as the main unit module).
Device storage
- Fasten the headband with the Velcro and fold it left and right.
- After folding, place in the included storage bag and tighten the closure

Product Overview
Device connection
Download and registration：
- Scan the QR code below or search “FocusZen” in the app market to download and install the app
- Open the FocusZen App and complete registration or login.
- Please ensure that your phone’s Bluetooth is switched on when connecting
Pairing connections：
- Power on: Press the power button briefly and the blue light will come on.
- Pairing: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, the blue light will flash, and the device will enter the pairing state.
- The first time you use the headband, it automatically enters the pairing state after switching on
- Connect: Check the Bluetooth name on your device and tap the corresponding Bluetooth name in the App interface to complete pairing.
Instructions for wearing the device
- Ensure that the device is held in a positive position (with the charging port facing downwards), hold the middle of the device with both hands and place it centrally on the forehead.
- To ensure accurate signal measurement, wipe with a damp paper towel before wearing
- Tighten the sides of the headband appropriately for wear and adjust the device to the appropriate position, ensuring that all electrodes and sensors are in full contact with the skin (No hair in the way).
