Banfer 2744908 Super Uneven Bars
You need a ratchet with a 19 mm socket and a 19 mm wrench.
We recommend at least 3 people to set up
Description
The uneven bars “Super” consists of a sturdy steel construction and has an integrated ret-ractable driving device made of 4 double swivel castors. For a safe stand, the standing areas are equipped with non-staining rubber foot pads.
The bar pillar have a height adjustment of 2.0-2.6 m for the upper bar and 1.2-1.6 m for the lower bar. The width can be adjusted from 0.53-1.15 m with a user-friendly hole grid sys-tem using spacers with quick clamping. Particularly practical: the U-shape of the bar column heads with socket pins and spring lock enables the bars to be changed quickly.
Assembly
Place the 2 cross-sleepers on the floor with the levers of the drive mechanism facing outwards and the feet pointing upwards and place the longitudinal sleepers between them with the open side up.
Tip: Place the sleepers on a mat to avoid scratches on the surface.
Loosen the pre-assembled M12 screws and set them aside with the washer and
position the sleepers so that the hole matches the thread.
Fix the position of the sleepers with the screws by hand-tightening them.
Align the sleepers so that the cross sleepers are parallel to each other and
at right angles with the longitudinal sleepers.
Then tighten the screws with a wrench or nut
Afterwards turn the assembled steel structure by 180 °. Unscrew the M12 screws from the cross-sill tops.
For further assembly it is recommended to raise the frame on one side.
Position a large pillar on the raised threshold according to the hole pattern and hold the pillar firmly.
Fix the column by tightening the screws with a 19 mm socket and a 19 mm key.
Then fix the column additionally with a safety rod.
Now position the small pillar on the cross sleeper so that the hole pattern of the column and sleepers match. Tighten the screws.
Now install the width adjustment between the columns with the handle pointing downwards.
Now lift the side to remove the elevation. Repeat building the pillars on the
other side. To be on the safe side, the already assembled side should be held
by one per-son.
Finally, insert the bars and secure them with the spring split pins.

General advise:
The life period of gymnastic equipment and mats is limited. Also materials
wear off after a certain period of time. Please check all parts, which are the
subject to severe wear and tear, at least once in 3 months. This is mainly
relevant for the security of adjustable parts and mechanisms, e.g. rails,
bars, rings. Replace any worn off, defective and missing parts. If there are
any doubts, ask for the advice of a specialist. For security reasons, we
suggest to perform the maintenance of gymnastics equipment and mats by a
specialist once a year! We also recommend the check of floor anchorage by some
authorized specialist. In case of damage, e.g. a torn anchor, Bänfer assumes
no liability!
