Operation Instruction

Parent Unit

  1. Power ON/OFF

  2. Insert 3 AAA batteries or connect the Parent Unit with DC adaptor. The unit will be switched on automatically.

  3. LCD will be fully displayed with backlight on about 5 seconds

  4. Power OFF by pressing POWER””until no display on LCD.

  5. Pairing

  6. Press and hold the button “”and””on Parent Unit until the first BLUE LED indicator on top is flashing, then press and hold the button “”and “+”at the same time on Baby Unit, units are paired when “DI..” sound was heard on both units.

  7. While units are not paired, either Baby Unit is powered OFF or lost signal, Parent Unit will sound “DI, DI, DI..and the signal T keeps flashing.

  8. Volume Adjustment

  9. Press the button < on the left for decreasing volume level, 5 levels in total, each press comes with the sound “DI”. You will hear “DIDI” when the volume is decreasing to a minimum.

  10. Press the button > on the right for increasing the volume level, 5 levels in total, each press comes with the sound “DI'”. You will hear “DI” when the volume is increased to a maximum.

  11. VOX ON/OFF

  12. Press the key “ ” on the left and the button on the right at the same time to switch ON VOX, till “VOX” displays on the screen.

  13. Press the key “ ” on the left and the button  on right at the same time to switch OFF VOx, till “VOX” disappear on the screen.

  14. When VOX is ON, the sound of the Baby Unit will activate Parent Unit along with the LCD screen ON. When sound is lower than the sensitivity of the Baby Unit fora while,

  15. Parent Unit switches to STANDBY mode automatically. The monitor function is always ON while VOX is OFF.

  16. When Parent Unit & Baby Unit are connected with an adaptor, the VOX function will be off automatically.

  17. The user needs to activate VOX again.

  18. Music Function

  19. Press the music button for about 2 seconds to switch the music ON, until LCD displays and the music plays. Meanwhile, the song number (010-060) will be shown in the temperature area. When the music stops playing, If no operation on the music button, it will be switched back to the temperature display

  20. Press the music button for about 2 seconds to switch music OFF; until disappear on LCD and the music stops.

  21. When the music plays, quickly press for the next lullaby. There is a total of 6 lullabies.

  22. When music is playing, press the talk button to stop the music and talk to your baby.

  23. Music function exit automatically.

  24. Night Light Function

  25. Press the night light button to switch ON the night light on Baby Unit, and will be displayed on the left bottom on LCD.

  26. Press the night light button to switch OFF the night light on Baby Unit, and will be disappeared on LCD.

  27. Talk Back Function

  28. Press the button on left of the Parent Unit to talk to the Baby Unit.

  29. Press and hold the button to maintain your conversation.

  30. Release the button when finished talking.

  31. Talk volume can be adjusted by pressing the button”+” or”-“on Baby Unit.
    NOTE : During talking, Parent Unit is not available to receive any sound from Baby Unit. (Monitor function is OFF)

  32. Temperature Display

  33. The temperature will display automatically on the middle of LCD when power ON for both units & pairing successfully.

  34. If Baby Unit is OFF or lost signal, Parent Unit can’t display real-time temperature.
    NOTE : Temperature is shown in Celcius °C by factory default setting.

  35. Low Battery Indicator

  36. When the unit is low on battery, the power indicator will be flashing and comes with sound alert “BI BI…”to remind charging or replace with new batteries.

  37. Battery Charging

  38. Open the battery compartment, using a small screwdriver.

  39. Insert 3 AAA alkaline batteries into the Parent Unit.

  40. Re-attach the battery compartment lid, using a small screwdriver.

  41. There are two modes of power supply, one is battery power supply, the other is switching mode power supply.

Battery Power Supply:

The unit can use 3 * AAA alkaline batteries or rechargeable batteries (N-MH).

Switching mode power supply

Use only the DC adaptors supplied and plug into standard household electrical outlet, batteries are charging while battery icon displayed as right.
When powered by switching power mode, you don’t have to remove the batteries.
Non-rechargeable batteries (such as Alkaline batteries) will not be charged for safety precaution.
If 3 AAA alkaline batteries are used, unit will automatically switch to switching mode power supply and no harm done to the battery. If rechargeable batteries (Ni-MH) are used, the adaptor will power the product as well as charge
Warning : Danger of explosion if batteries are not placed correctly. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

Out of Range Alert (Only for Parent Unit)
The 5 LED indicators will flash and comes with sound alert “BI, BI…” when below circumstances happen.

  1. Out of range.
  2. Baby Unit lost signal.
  3. Baby Unit power OFF.

Baby Unit

  1. Power ON/OFF

  2. Insert 3 AAA batteries or connect the Baby Unit with the DC adaptor.

  3. Press the button to switch ON until LED indicator turns GREEN.

  4. Press the button to switch OFF until LED indicator OFF and comes with “Bl” sound alert.

  5. Pairing

  6. After the pairing mode is ON of Parent, press”0″and”+” to paired with Parent Unit.

  7. Power indicator turns GREEN and comes with “Bl’ sound when pair successfully.

  8. When Baby Unit fails to pair, the power indicator will keep flashing in GREEN.

  9. Volume Adjustment

  10. Press the button”+”to increase volume level, 5 levels in total, comes with “BI. BI” when volume has reached maximum.

  11. Press the button””to decrease volume level; 5 levels in total, comes with “BI. Bl” when volume is down to minimum.

  12. Music Function

  13. Press the button Ja for about 2 seconds to switch ON music.

  14. Press the button Jd for about 2 seconds to switch OFF music.

  15. Quick press the button Jd for next lullaby, 6 lullabies in total.

  16. Music volume can be adjusted by pressing “+”

  17. Room Temperature Sensor

  18. The temperature at the baby unit will be transmitted to the parent unit after 30 seconds when power is switched on.

  19. The temperature is influenced by the outer environment and will change accordingly.

  20. Please keep the temperature sensor on position.

  21. VOX Function

  22. Under connected conditions, Baby Unit is always under audio monitoring by Parent Unit.

  23. When sound is detected & reached a certain sensitivity level, the Parent unit LCD will be powered on automatically.
    (This is not a page function. It is a VOX function. Paging is call tones transmitted to parent unit)

  24. Night Light Function

  25. Press night light buttonto switch the night light ON.

  26. Press night light buttonto switch the night light OFF.

  27. When operate the night light button on Parent Unit, it will need to wait about 3 seconds to operate on Baby Unit.

  28. Low Battery Indicator

  29. When the unit is in low battery, the power indicator will be flashing in GREEN.

  30. Battery Placement

  31. Open the battery compartment with a small screwdriver.

  32. Insert 3 AAA alkaline batteries into the Baby Unit.

  33. Re-attach the battery compartment lid, using a small screwdriver.
    NOTE :There are two modes of power supply, one is battery power supply, the other is switching mode power supply.

  • Use only the DC adaptors supplied and plug into standard household electrical outlet.
  • When powered by switching power mode, you don’t have to take out the battery.
  • IF AAA alkaline battery is inside, it will automatically switch to switching mode power supply and no harm done to the battery.
  • Baby Unit cannot charge rechargeable batteries.
    Warning : Danger of explosion if bateries are not placed correctly. Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
